Pretty decent hotel for a short stay. It has everything you need in a hotel. Location is the major plus point, very near to Nyhavn and Kongen Metro. Room is quite small, perfect for solo travellers.

Greeted instantly and so professional and polite upon arrival at almost midnight. I was given instructions about the hotel amenities and services available. Perfect location.

酒店很棒，前台小姐姐特別熱心，主動給我介紹房間開關如何使用，而且離新港特別近，很方便

It was actually very bad!
There was a sock (someone else’s) in the room, meaning they don’t even clean it before we arrived,
The bedding was mark with some green stains,
It was below freezing outside and you are not able to close the window
Oh and the switch for the electricity plug is just on top of the bed at the head high, so if you are one of those who like to sleep with the head on the top side of the bed, you would turn it off while sleeping
Ohhh… and there was no one in reception for me to tell them about this… so we slept in this as not other choice!
The color on the wall is nice.
We are from Scandinavia so please don’t tell me that I am having a culture shock

Great location. 5 minutes walk to Nyhavn and King's new square. My room was very small and basic, just a bed and a bath but they were both good. Good choice if you only want a place to sleep.

Close to the train station and main city sights. Small but comfortable. Value for money. My original room was right by the central stairwell. The hall door banged all night. Staff were lovely about moving me for subsequent nights.
