非常好，服務到位

北歐的酒店房間都不大，好在每天的早餐還可以。 勉強住一晚而已。但是服務都很不錯，服務員非常熱情，非常友好！

This hotel is a place to stay, that's about it! The breakfast buffet is the highight of this hotel, I got a room with a view, according to the hotel staff. The street view rooms, have no A.C. a window that opens, which is impossible to leave open because of the trains across the street, they are in a curve and the wheels against the tracks make a horrendous noise, I guess thats why there are earplugs at each corner of the bed. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks and stay at a nice quiet hotel, there is nothing to do at this hotel! Or get a view of the tennis courts on the back side. At least the train noise would be less annoying

The hotel is very nice. It is centrally located and in walking distance to most things or at least transportation. The staff is very friendly and fluent in several languages. They are very knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever seen. The one down side to our stay was the train right out front. Our room was on the front of the hotel. We wanted to leave the window open for some cool air but the train squealed by all night making sleep difficult at times.

A great stay for one night only. The hotel is very close to the central station and not too far to the shops & restaurants. The bedroom is modest and simple but clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly, Christoph on the front desk was super friendly & helpful.

Our second stay at this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. All was clean, breakfast was very good and thumbs up to no unnecessary plastic on the buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back

Overall rating 3. Close to all the events and restaurants. Close to the Gardens. Rooms are ok, they need an update. Staff was polite.

Good location with friendly staff, a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. The staff in particular are very helpful and I enjoyed speaking to them. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has a great tasty selection.

The hotel rooms are simple, but clean and I had what I needed including a tea making facility, which I love. The room was bright and definitely big enough for me & the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice and there was a good choice of delicious foods - my friend and I were both very happy with it despite having totally different preferences for breakfast. The tea selection is also really much appreciated - all pukka teas and nice varieties! I liked that the lobby has some communal seating areas and that there is lemon water on offer at all times. The checkin process was marred by the fact that my friend and I wished to pay separately, but the checkin staff charged both rooms to my credit card, then told us he could not undo that and it would take up to 10 days to appear back on my account. He basically asked us to sort it out amongst ourselves. That proved difficult and costly for us as we live in 2 different countries and the bank charges for this amounted to £42 in total, which is really really annoying - not to speak of the 2 evenings we had to mess about with this as it proved so annoyingly difficult. Would I stay here again? Possibly not as location was not the best, quite long walks to most places we wanted to get to and there were no restaurants at the hotel or very close by.
