The rooms were comfortable and clean, upon booking the rooms initially the staff were friendly and helpful, it turns out they have never been to this hotel and its is a national call center, when we turned up we had to follow a virtual booking site gone are the days of turning up to a hotel and paying for the rooms you have reserved, however the signal isn't strong at the location so two failed attempts of paying for these rooms online third time lucky, on check out it is the same thing we asked the manager if simply handing the keys back will do, he said yes so that was enough for me, the initial booking included breakfast only to be told on check out breakfast wasn't included as we left it we will contact the head office to get this resolved otherwise id have been paying for breakfast twice, as we were staying at the hotel a 20% discount on dinner was offered however we did not know this until we were told on the second night.
