Chambre et literie très bien mais l’hôtel manque de petites choses pour recevoir la note de 8: pas de serviettes ni de chaussons pour la piscine qui a réellement besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement, vieille salle de bain, le pommeau est bouché de calcaire à 1/3. Cet hôtel n’est plus vraiment au goûts du jour.

Hôtel Excellent, idéalement situé, proche du Tunnel sous la Manche, et de Calais, chambres très confortables, spacieuses, l'hôtel est très agréable, car très confortable, on s'y sent tout de suite bien ! Les Equipements proposés tels que le Spa, et la piscine sont supers, bien tenus, locaux lumineux. personnel aux petits soins de la clientèle, le petit déjeuner est royal, buffet, très garni, bien achalandé, en mets salés ou sucrés, il y en a pour tous les goûts !! Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation !!

Vraiment pas terrible pour un 4 étoiles...
Pas de chaussons/petits produits de toilette individuels dans la salle.de.bain par exemple ...
De plus, La propreté laisse à désirer
(Joints de baignoire sales etc.. )
Pour ce qui est des espaces communs, des verres et bouteilles de bière vides ont jonché la table au deuxième pendant tout le week-end , fauteuil craqué à l'espace télé et j'en passe..
Aussi, il m'a aussi fallu attendre 10 minutes pour voir quelqu'un à la réception à mon arrivée...
En revanche, l'espace restaurant est très bien
Petit dej au top (on en a pour son prix)
Malgré tout, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel..

Good room. Comfortable bed. USB charging and A/C did not work...though radiator could be turned on so... not a big issue.
Hot breakfast buffet was cold.

Very close (5mins) to Le Suttle. Clean. Comfortable. Great for travel with dogs. Part of the bar area is for diners with dogs. Functional. If you want to be sure of dinner advise to book ahead as it can get fully booked and the so called room service is at the hotels discretion. Although we had excellent room service we were told if the restaurant is full room service not necessarily available...so just when you might need it most! Car park is pitch black....good for sleeping in dark rooms but you need your phone torch to walk there.

One of the best hotels we have used for an overnight stop. Very convenient for the Channel Tunnel.
