Large hotel, catering mainly to conferences and larger gatherings. Not a bad place, but lacks a little soul, if you are not a rather large group of people.
A nice restaurant connected to the hotel.
Rooms were a bit dated and location is a little bit far for a walk down town. But I wouldn’t mind going back.

Very dissapointing. Busy reception, check in took a long time. Had to make camp bed ourselves after it had been left outside the room. Matress was awful and in 2 halfs, not very comfortable at all.
Food was nice for breakfast, although very limited.
Overall dated facilities would not stay again.
Staff were lovely, seemed very busy.

Another good stay, room good and clean, great shower. Room has safe, fridge, tea and coffee.
Although aircon was operational it didn't work and only circulated warm air

May need improvement on the services in breakfast resto.waiters not attentive.food not so great dinner & breakfast.limited options.
Nice leisure center .
Overall,hotel needs updating!

When we check in all was fine til we went our room and it was stifling hot. Went to front desk at about 2 pm and explained situation. She said close window and turn on ac.and we will send up fan. What ac? Hallways were cool. Went out with family hoping it would be cooler after 5 hours. It was worse. Fan never delivered and it is midnight walking into a room ridiculously hot. Husband went down and woman at desk brought up a fan. That was obviously too late.Could not sleep all night. Went to check out and was offered tea and scones on them. Ugh. How about a partial refund??

Always a wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying here. I’ve been staying there for over 20 yrs, and can’t say enough about this hotel.

The restaurant service was very slow. I had to ask for service , inquire about my order, and wait for the bill. I didn’t dine there the following night.
