When I made my reservation I had requested a first floor due to my disability. When I arrived there were no first floor rooms available. The guy at the counter offered me a suite for more money. I politely declined and asked him for the elevator to get to my second floor room. He told me the motel didn’t have an elevator. I then asked him for assistance to get up the stairs with my belongings since I have a fused ankle and a bad knee. He told me he could not help me as he was the only one there. Poor customer service. Poor disability accommodations. But, I must say, once I made it up there, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well.
