The property is close to several art galleries and south Texas art museum. It is also walking distance to lots of resteraunts and cool shops.

Room was not as big as others for double beds, bathroom is small, cracks in the patio door wall. Not updated as others we have stayed at. More run down than expected.

Great location that’s within walking distance of great restaurants that are located downtown. We’ve stayed here in the past and will continue staying here while we’re in town.

Needs help. No valet and long line to check in with only one person at the desk so our vehicle was unattended out front awaiting our check-in before we could move it to parking. Restaurant is the bar and the bartender was swamped (maybe happy hour). Then she had to go off to get the food orders leaving the bar unattended. Poor planning.

No hot water, Bathtub was clogged, The walls between the rooms were paper-thin. I could hear the neighbors’ coughing all night. Needs renovation, the bar was awful and staff not very polite. Charging $16.00 for parking is too much in my opinion when they told me they were going to give me credit. Never again staying there

Great location with good views of the bay.
One thing to note if you’re on the shorter side, my mom is 4’9” and needed assistance getting into the bed because they are so high.
