This property is close to everything, fairly easy to access and clean and the staff are all very nice and helpful.

Derick at the front office always friendly and helpful as usual excellent employee. Great attitude and polite.
Lil things like no shower gel and knob for shower hose missing carpet needs to be shampooed. But always like this location and the gurls serving breakfast always on time and ready on time stayed two nights I usually stay here every other month or so.

Tv didn't work, extremely low water pressure, toilet next to the floor with no grab bar (bad for tall and elderly).
Good breakfast selection.

Nina at the front desk was amazing and very helpful! I put excellent for all areas, but for overall, the only reason I put four stars was because we found the breakfast to not be as good quality as we remember from years before. Other than that everything was perfect!

The hotel is comfortable, but certainly needs some attention. It is time for replacement of most furniture and carpeting throughout. We were in a King room with a sleeper sofa. We were using the sofa for sitting (not sleeping), but it did appear to be broken (sunken from the frame in the middle). The carpet was fraying in several places in our room as well. The overall condition of the entire hotel is a bit on the tired side.
BUT, the rooms are huge and comfortable. They have put money into the wonderful mattresses, which is HUGE!

Digital Check-in was nice and super convenient! Bathtub drained slow.
Room next door made loud noises and talking from 3am until 6am front desk desk was absolutely no help!
Breakfast was good and fresh!
Hotel rooms need updating!

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good with lots of good food choices. Carpeting in Room was filthy with stains. Looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages bathrooms were very old. All were bathtub w shower. No step in tubs. Bathtubs so slippery and no bath mats. Had to ask for one. Housekeeping only came every other day. Staff should mention that when checking in. Yes, there is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says that but it s so small, it is easily missed. No shuttle to airport which is not that far away and would be a great help to many guests.

The room was dirty with stains all over the furniture and carpet. The bathroom had a not of damage to the fixtures. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was super friendly and fast at check in. Coffee was soooo good!!! Shower was very hot, and water pressure was great. Hotel rooms were quiet, no problems with noisy hallways. One thing I wished they had was outlets for phone chargers in the bedside lamps, because I left my wall bug at home. The front desk was helpful, they showed me how to plug my charger into the TV to get my phone charged, but I had to leave the TV on all night. They could use some updating, repairs, and deep cleaning for sure, but I have stayed in worse.
