Pool was closed, family was excited before booking. They were under renovation

needs to be mowed. They told us that the hot tub was working . Nope very dirty. They said will havea hot breakfast with eggs and bacon and sausage and biscuits and gravy. Nope its a contentedly breakfast. Room was dirty. I had to clean it

My family and I enjoyed our stay overall. The room was much bigger than what we thought. The room was clean, staff was absolutely amazing and friendly! They accomodated any requests. Only this that was a bit different than advertised was the breakfast. There was not a continental one, it was cereal waffles you make or muffins. But it was a splendid stay

The room was dirty specially the bathroom was nasty, breakfast was non-existent really, not a good experience.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room was extremely hot & musty. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Stains all over the walls and curtains. Very run down. They say “continental breakfast” but don’t be fooled, it’s basically just packaged muffins & honey buns. And by 8 o’clock, almost all of them were gone. No one at the front desk could be found to replenish the “continental breakfast” so most people who were trying to eat had to leave and find breakfast elsewhere. The pool area is also run down and the pool water was gross so we didn’t bother getting in.

Lots of construction going on , there’s no parking.

I did not like any of it. The check in was unprepared. Muffins for breakfast only, coffee was colored water. Pool was disgusting. And roaches

So, ill start with the somewhat positive, the lady at the counter was nice when we got there her english was rough (heavy accent) but she was still very sweet when we checked in. now for the bad, we drove in from out of town and booked on ******* which normally does great on picking things ok for me but when we got there it was 8:40 pm and we were very tired. The room was kinda aweful to be honest it was a smokefree room that smelled of smoke and cleaning supplys even though it wasnt very clean. there was a bug in the bed and a roach on the floor by the bed. the tv had a line thru the middle like someone dropped it, the chair had a very interesting stain on it. we went to the store bought rubbing alcohol and a spray bottle to spray the bed for bed bugs just in case i called the front desk to no answer several times. they only answered when i called using my cellphone and not the room phone. I explained to the night staff about the room issues all they said was sorry and she would put it on the computer and tell the manager..... so before we left i turned the keys to the morning crew and when i said something to the morning staff they said there was no mention of it on my room comments in the computer

It was perfect, all good. My family likes this place so much.
