Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Ocean Eden Bay Resorts was absolutely breathtaking. As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted by staff, and as soon as I said it was my birthday, Earl got me a birthday drink as soon as possible. The counter staff was also delightful. My card was giving me a lot of trouble, but they still worked with me, so I appreciate them a lot for that. Christopher took us to our awesome room and also wanted to gift us some things to watch the "vacation package orientation." We initially agreed but really wanted to just get into the activities. We had the Junior Swim-Up Suite, which was awesome, it had some stains on the counter, like it hadn't been fully cleaned, but it was still a nice suite. I had reserved for one king size bed, but I got 2 double beds. Room service was only from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and after that, it's 25 dollars. You can only order 2 items off room service, which are a burger, a nugget, and fries. I guess that's if you're not a part of the privilege club. On the adult's side of the resort, there are only 8 restaurants, whereas there are 11 on the family side. we ate the steakhouse the first night The food was okay, really no seasoning, but the rum punches took care of everything, and the waitress and Orlando took care of everything; they were amazing. We also had some great entertainment with live music, The singer was great; her voice was on point. we walked the whole resort and LOVED how enthusiastic every staff member we encountered was.

Loved everything about this resort especially the staff they where so kind and friendly. Especially Keemora she was so sweet, kind, and bubbly. My sole complaints: 1. My jacuzzi never filled up and was not properly cleaned no mattrt how many times i conplained i gave up on day 4 of my 5 day trip. 2. The drinks were very watered down i had to ask for double shots in all my drinks 3. The wifi on the resort in general isnt good it goes in and out needs to be upgraded. Aside from that i loved my room, the food was good and flavourful, beach amazing, pool amazing. Also dont shop at the resort souvenirs shops, they're beyond over expensive was cheaper buying at the airport

Great location. Beautiful property , great food, lots of activities and great entertainment. Our butler Delmar was wonderful. Great service from Toni-Kae from the Captain's Market and Orlando from the Steakhouse restaurants. I recommend this resort and will definitely be back

Incredibly underwhelming. I'm not even sure where to begin. Under no circumstances is this place worth the money. Let's dive in: First off, when you think of "Adults Only" resort you think of an exciting time/night life, plenty to do etc. Lol, no. It's not like that AT ALL. The pool and hot tubs close at 5pm. Yes, you read that correctly, 5pm. I have no idea why they close it so early. The restaurants all close at 10pm, and most things that are supposed to close at 11pm (coffee shop etc) close early. The location states they have a bunch of bars/clubs. That's a joke. They have a sports bar that closes at 11pm and a dance club that closes at 2am, problem with the dance club is that the Djs yell over the music the entire time so people get tired of it and leave less than an hour after it opens. They are terrible at reading the room and knowing what patrons want.
This place is great if you're retired and wanting to be in bed by 10pm. If you're younger and wanting a fun night life with late night menu (every time we went to the late night menu spots they would just make up whatever they wanted to make, completely abandoning the menu) this is not your spot. Bowling alley closes at 1030 as well, literally everything closes so early with so limited options. Complete waste of money, if I could go back I would've picked a place that isn't so lame. I have other issues as well with room service etc but really just this place having nothing to do after dark should be enough to avoid it

First time in Jamacia and the experience started out horrible. They were overbooked and we spent two days trying to get situated with our correct room on the correct property. We only got to enjoy 2 days of Jamaica because of it. If they ask you guys to stay at their other property due to overbooking, please decline. We were supposed to get a refund for our first night, but conveniently noone knows anything or has yet to reach out! Beautiful place, horrible service!!

Not enough sun chairs by the pool or at the beach. People are reserving all sun chairs with their towels, even though they’re not using them. Pool noise and music are too loud. Missing room towels on 2 out of 7 nights stay. Checkin service is terrible. Overall food and the stay does not qualify for a 5 star resort.

Would rate this property higher but my disappoin**ent was the check in process. The first day and second day was wasted trying to secure our rooms because they over booked. Finally got settled but that put a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning. In addition the aggressiveness to sell you other membership plan did not help. Other than that it was a nice resort with good food and fun activities.
