Hotel Boutique la Marquesina - Adults Only

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en la misma playa, que es pequeña pero tiene una arena muy fina y dorada. El hotel es nuevo...muy bonito y muy limpio. Muy recomendable. En la parte superior tiene piscina y Solarium que también esta muy bien, en generalmnos gustó todo.

What a fabulous small hotel. Immaculately clean, comfy bed and to top it all wake up to the sound is the sea, sit in bed looking at the sea, then breakfast by the sea. All rooms face the sea. Nice plunge pool on the roof and you just dial down to get drinks from the Baracuda bar (where you have breakfast) Situated in the old town on the old quay - in a pedestrian area (you will be dropped off by the taxi rank round the corner - not far to take your luggage). Stones throw to the beach, restaurants and bars. The music square is round the corner so it can be noisy if you wanted an early night - the live music stops just after 11 and it’s good! We will def be back.

Having had drinks many times at Barracuda Bar (adjoining the hotel) on previous visits to Corralejo, we'd always said that we should try out this boutique hotel... It was the right decision. The place is great. Small and intimate, with only 18 rooms, you don't feel overcrowded. It's just a nice, clean place with friendly, welcoming staff who can't do enough to help. Breakfast is included at Barracuda Bar and there's a good choice. I was diagnosed with diabetes just before we left England, and I found a good range of stuff I could eat that suited my brand new diet. Tamara, one of the senior staff at Barracuda, has worked there for 5 years, and would always give a warm welcome to friendly customers. The hotel is situated right in the old town, so there are plenty of other restaurants and bars close by too. For healthy food (which was important to me on this visit because of the T2D diagnosis), I would highly recommend Sanus restaurant, which is only a 10 minute walk away (I'll review them separately on here at some point). Alongside their standard menu, they also specialise in gluten free, coeliac-friendly, vegan and diabetes-friendly food BUT WITH ACTUAL FLAVOUR. The owner is very knowledgable and told me what was safe for me to eat and what I should avoid, which was exactly what I needed! The hotel's roof terrace with its plunge infinity pool is small, yes, but we loved it as you could always get a sunbed and the drinks service (telephone down to Barracuda) was quick and easy. Drinks prices were not typical hotel prices either. Don't be too concerned with the reviews that mention the performer on the promenade (he's actually pretty good anyway!) or teh music from one of the nearby squares; it's genuinely not intrusive and the entertainment at the square finishes promptly at 11pm. We're already planning a return trip to La Marquesina in September.

Lovely small hotel in perfect location. We had to book last minute as another hotel let us down and this was a real bonus. The hotel is situated by the beach and very close to the main area with bars, music etc. Breakfast was lovely, sat on the quay in the sun; only regret is that we would have liked to stay longer.

We only stayed one night in room 9, my biggest regret is only staying one night in this fantastic hotel, If its ambiance and views to kill for this is the place. The room was spotless, The most comfortable spacious bed, well stocked mini-bar, safe , great shower too. Rooftop cocktail bar , small pool , with amazing views. the staff ever so friendly, even allowed us late check out 2pm . We stayed in costa calma for 13 nights , which was lovely, but my first time ever in corralejo with my partner, was the most amazing experience and made our holiday, Thanks to the kindness and hospitality to the staff of Hotel boutique la marquesina, We will definitely be back.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, great check in, super clean comfortable, great view from room and roof terrace, where there is a plunge pool, bar service and sun loungers with towels provided. Fast WiFi provided HD TV with UK and other international channels available.

Breakfast by the old harbour and town beach in the sunshine. Good choice of options in what is a popular spot. Ordered the Serano ham & cheese toastie and full English breakfast with fresh orange juice and a Spanish hot chocolate. Food was good and a decent price too. Only downside was no baked beans.

Late night drinks by the old harbour wall in what is part of the Marquesina hotel called Barracuda. It’s a nice place to relax and people watch plus there might be some live music close by. Pina colada was nice plus a decent measure of Havana rum for me.

We had watched this hotel being developed over previous visits so were keen to stay. The hotel has 18 rooms and is adults only. It has a nice rooftop pool and 2 levels of sunbeds on the roof area. There were always free beds whatever time of day but limited umbrellas. The location of the hotel just couldnt be better, we booked a superior room and were allocated room 16 which had lovely dual aspects over the harbour and town to the start of the sand dunes. I loved sitting out on the balcony and people watching. It was the perfect place to do so. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and breakfast was lovely, from a limited but great menu. The freshly squeezed orange juice was superb. The hotel facilities were pretty limited to what I have described above but its only 18 bedrooms on a limited footprint so it is what it is. Staff were lovely without exception.
