Back home after 14 nights which we thoroughly enjoyed. On arrival allocated room 320 overlooking Kids pool. We had sandwiches apple each and a salad provided for us in room along with water. No tea or coffee provided. Safe was payable at reception. We were on Half Board basis. Breakfast was excellent. Evening Meal was excellent for us as we are not fussy eaters. I would say calling room a suite was a bit fanciful. Hotel was spotless and garden maintenance was first class. Cleaning staff were excellent and waiters and waitresses were extremely efficient just hold on to your plate . 4/5 for me. We would stay here again really enjoyed Corralejo. Nice strip of shops and lots of places for eating. Sand dunes was a nice walk as was the harbour area. Animation staff were really pleasant and would always have a chat with you. .

First trip to Fuerteventura and was so impressed with the hotel and the area of Corralejo.. The rooms were junior suites, nice touch having a kettle and fridge in the room. Rooms cleaned daily. There are 2 pools including a quieter one if you prefer, both have poolside bars. Always able to get sunbeds. Food in the restaurant was good. The couple of evenings we watched the evening entertainment it was superb. The staff and animation team all so friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. The hotel so conveniently situated close to bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and the harbour. Gardens kept lovely around the hotel. We will definitely be returning and will struggle to better this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wow wow wow! The Hotel is amazing, a wonderful reception as soon as you enter the Hotel. Reception staff checked us in quickly and we're very informative and welcoming. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, something I always worry about! The grounds of the Hotel are maintained with pride. The ground staff work really hard to ensure the plants and gardens are stunning. There are two large swimming pools, one which is a quiet pool, and the other where all the entertainment and activities take place, pool inflatables are allowed in this pool, which is fabulous. Our rooms were amazing! We faced onto the activity pool and had a terrace. With a bonus of a fridge! The housekeeping team are brilliant, our rooms were always cleaned and refreshed. For anyone with dietary needs there isn't anything to worry about, as the Hotel will ensure your dietary needs are catered for, gluten free, lactose free, onion and garlic intolerances were ours and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team, are so happy and inclusive, they come round and talk to the guests inviting you to join in with the activities/ entertainment. I have included photos of the staff who were exceptional. Kornelia, Barry, Begonia, Glen, Jullio, Diego to mention a few. The staff really deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their fantastic Customer Service. The location of H10 Ocean Suites is really good, right in the heart of Corralejo, however also close to a beach and not far from the harbour or Music Square. We loved our time at H10 Ocean Suites so much we joined the H10 membership. Thank you H10, because of your high standards in all areas, it meant our holiday was perfect!

3 rd time visiting H10 Ocean suites. Lovely hotel, excellent food, great pools and very good staff. Had an issue with Ants in the bathroom. Went to reception showed them the problem and was told it would be dealt with immediately. 1 1/2hrs later nothing had been done, so went to the P.R office and spoke with Janine who told me they were aware of the problem but they were very busy and we only have one cleaner ! 1 hr later still nothing, back to P.R Janine again told me that reception is still busy checking in guests, so I pointed out no one was at reception .We went together to reception and at last they sent a cleaner and maintenance man to fix the problem after 3 hours. At the same time I asked Janine as you only have one English tv channel can I put my IPAD or Firestick onto the tv? She said she would ask the Tech man and get back to me she never did. My wife booked a treatment at reception for the next day and was given a piece of paper with the time on, early next day my wife did not feel able to keep the appointment so we told reception to cancel. Okay but you have to pay 50% cancellation fee as per the APP, We then informed her that we had made the booking at reception not on the APP and was not shown ,given or informed of any T & Cs, was sent back to speak with P.R .Janine said she would speak to the management about it and get back to us, she never did On the evening before our departure we went back to P.R and the same lady told us there was nothing they could do it was there Hotel policy and their T&Cs and the Hotel had lost money as you did not have your treatment, unbelievable. The T&Cs that a staff member never showed us, so we were to blame. Well done H10 you got your 27.50 euros. ADIOS.
