The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

Z racji srovida ograniczenie w max liczbie osób przebywających w hotelu i to był wielki plus, bo nie było tłumów czy to podczas jedzenia, czy przy basenie. Jedzenie rewelacyjne, no może poza śniadaniami bo było monotonne, za każdym razem to samo. Wycieczka zakupiona w TUI ale szału nie ma, drogo a w pakiecie praktycznie niczego nie ma, następnym razem na własną rękę.

Great 6 night stay in a junior suite with balcony all inclusive big clean comfortable room with fridge and safe All Staff are hard working friendly and helpful Food and drinks were great in both restaurants Animacion caesar and milen are friendly and entertaining we enjoyed the Spanish elvis show, the 3 cats and magic show We would definitely love to visit again

Wow wow wow, what can I say! Absolutely amazing stay with my parents! This hotel is brilliant for all ages and I would highly recommend to anyone, the food and drink selection that they have to offer is absolutely brilliant. The entertainment through my weeks stay was world class. Special mention to César for being an absolute hero! Never failed to make me and my parents laugh with all of the fun activities that they put on! Thank you!

booked playa park zensation as a 65th birthday surprise for my husband well just wow wow wow we had a fabulous time food amazing animation team brilliant what great fun . what a laugh my hubby had with them winning lots of lovely prizes from a spa for 2 thanks milen also dinner at the gourmet resturant staff all amazing very friendly nice to meet some lovely people room we had was great too have already booked for next year thankyou all for making a memorable one

Super winter break! Loved our new year holiday here. The food was great, staff friendly and good evening entertainment. RJ was fab at Pilates. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The staff were always cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Our only tiny issue was the check in, the new tourist rules had just arrived so our hotel check was done through the television…a bit awkward to do as they were having teething issues. Staff were able to sort though and this wasn’t their fault. The public park and shopping square nearby are really handy.

One of the best hotels we have been to. This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. The receptionist went out their way to make our holiday even better. We were only half board but they gave us access to the rooftop infinity pool for our whole stay as a gesture of good will. They also gave us two free nights at the a la carte restaurant free of charge. We booked a superior junior room which opened up to the hydrotherapy pool which basically meant we had our own quiet pool right at our front door. The food at the buffet was ok but the a la carte restaurant was amazing. We arrived back home yesterday and already looking to book playa park for next year. My only complaint is the pool was very cold but it is November so it is to be expected and we also had a couple of cockroaches that made their way into our room but this isn’t a sign of uncleanliness (the hotel was spotless) they are just common in Spain and it’s like finding a spider back home in the UK. We bought cockroach spray for €5 at the supermarket around the corner and the bugs never bothered us again. The drinks were cheap and the entertainment in the evening was decent. Don’t think I can really fault this hotel and we can’t wait to come back.

Simply outstanding - could not fault this relaxed break over the past week. Made mostly by the caring and dedicated staff the establishment has on board. The complex is not too big and offers excellent facilities from pools to accommodation. And wow, the food is the best buffet all in inclusive, We have had the pleasure to taste. Be aware that the pools are not heated - did not stop us using them. We also upgraded on our last two days to the infinity pool for €10 each per person per day and a lovely quiet setting. The entainment was excellent with staff and entertainers roll from 10 am to 11.30 pm every day! Promise to return! Maybe contact the hotel directly if you wish to gain a better deal? But either way A ☆ from us

We would recommend this hotel it has excellent staff to look after you,plenty of choice in the restaurant and fresh pizzas made every night which soon go We would like to thank the Manager Bob for looking after us and all the staff that make it great holiday this was our second visit this year and we will be back again
