Hotel LIVVO Corralejo Beach

晚餐很差衹有3個菜可選，而且要等好長時間，服務不好，飲料是收費的，有一天訂了飲料服務員給忘了，還有一天訂的餐也給忘了，後來的客人都吃完走了，我們的餐也沒有上來，催了服務員後才把我們的訂餐端上來，很難吃！吃晚餐的客人很少。

The reason for the one star is the location which is excellent. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time under the Livvo banner. In the past we have found this hotel to be of a really good standard, clean and friendly. The food was always good with plenty of choice. This time we arrived to a room that did not have the usual fresh and clean smell and it most definitely was not clean. The shower had a very good crop of mould growing in the corners and we always showered in our flip flops as it just did not look clean. The bidet had some poop stains left in it presumably from previous occupants of the room which was quite horrifying. There was a layer of thick dust under the microwave, greasy marks on the woodwork and something not nice splashed up the walls. There were loose floor tiles and generally the room looked scruffy. No working TV and no aircon available and the shower was not working properly and the toiletries by way of dispensers were both empty. This leads us to the conclusion that this room was not cleaned on change over to any kind of standard. The breakfast was acceptable and there was show cooking for fresh eggs with plenty of choice. NOW - the evening meal - this was not a buffet meal with show cooking as advertised. There was a limited salad bar and a choice of a couple of desserts but the buffet had been withdrawn to be replaced by a sad menu with two options of one fish and one meat dish and no vegetarian option. When asked about vegetarian choice was told we could have an omelette we left in disgust and ate out as non of these choices appealed after a day of travelling. The following evenings were no better and when we did manage to try a meal one evening it was cold and seemed pre-cooked. We complained to the Jet 2 rep who told us due to complaints the buffet was to be reinstated but this turned out to be untrue as we spoke to the hotel Manager who told us this was not the case. He also told us that evening meals were freshly cooked to order!!!! There were not many takers for the evening meal and now we know why. To sum up after half a dozen lovely visits to this hotel in the past we would NEVER stay here again as standards have dropped considerably and we had the worst holiday experience ever. Once these people have taken your money they do not want to know if there is a problem so please beware.

2nd time back to the Corralejo Beach after a fabulous experience last year. Such a shame this year was a let down purely to the room we were in - 205. I had booked a premium room to get the extra space like last year but the room was very very small and somewhat dated. Only a bed in the bedroom nothing else would fit so no dressing table or drawers. The wardrobe doors were too big and heavy to push so didn't bother with these. The kettle had to sit on the floor (as shown) the flex was so short it wouldn't reach a plug...and to get it on a table it meant rearranging the furniture...I think not. Dark and dated...spent very little time in the room. Rest of the hotel was superb. Staff excellent in the restaurant and pool bar and the lovely chap on the desk (I think is Swedish) super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Last moan is the pool beds. It says underlined on the welcome information they are not to be reserved. By 8am every bed had a towel on it and no one in site. My advice...no one on it? Remove the towels. Simple. Saves the people sat on wooden chairs the wait for ones to become free. Luckily we're beach fans and headed there. Would definitely go back. The location of the hotel is spot on. The room would need to be 100% better...had it not been for the fact we were only there a few days, I would of asked to move.

Why has nobody mentioned the photoshopped beach front for the hotel . I solely booked this hotel based on the lovely looking beach. Trust me when I say How shocked I was to see the real thing (see photos) . I don’t actually know how this can be legal on trip advisor as I thought the beach front looked like it’s photos . To be fair the hotel is what you would expect for a cheap holiday which is what we expected. There was plenty of storage for 2 people and we had a partial sea view which was good . It’s definitely not 4star so get that out of your head . 2star and that’s me being generous. If you want a cheap getaway then yes I’d probably recommend it . Would I come again then that’s a definite no.

Couldn’t pick a better location for a Hotel in Corralejo. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes and literally a stones throw from the beach (and a great supermarket) it was perfect. Room was a bit dated in terms of decor but very clean and had decent air con. The inclusion of a fridge was a bonus along with a two ringed cooker and a kettle. Pool area was small but I hardly used it given the amazing beaches on my doorstep. Had a couple of enquiries with reception staff and was always met with a polite response. The poolside toilets were clean and the gym was large but equipment limited. Good if you like weights though. The balcony was tiny! Lucky I was on my own as two people sitting there would have been a tight squeeze. Enjoyed this hotel so much I booked to return in August with family. Didn’t eat breakfast or use the bar (too much choice outside the hotel) but it looked ok!

The accommodation was average but the bed and pillows were very comfy. The location is excellent as were the staff. I was disappointed that the lime green paint was not longer on the building around the pool. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel in great location right in the centre of Corralejo. The hotel was clean, quiet close to shops, beach and restaurants / bars. Only a minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious with separate bedroom from the living / kitchen area. Bathroom was decent size with walk-in shower. A/c and wi-fi were decent. There's a pool area but I didn't use it.

Last time I was there I was surprised by the size of the accommodation and the facilities. this time it was no different with a separate bedroom and living area which had a mini kitchen - kettle, microwave, hob, pans, cutlery and crockery. The hotel is in the middle of the resort facilities of shops, bars and restaurants but there was no noise nuisance. It is also close to the seafront. It is well maintained and tidy. Staff, especially those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The last time I was there it had a buffet evening meal but now it is a set main course menu - probably underused with so many restaurants close by. Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold food. I was in room 9 which together with 7, 5 and 3 are at street level looking out on a quiet road - there are security grills over both balcony and windows which didn't bother me. The main problem with the room was that moving from the open areas and other parts of the hotel, wifi connection was lost down a short set of steps to the room. Nevertheless a very enjoyable holiday.
