H10 Ocean Dunas - Adults Only

Just returned from a 7 night stay here. The hotel is smart, modern and clean with professional and courteous staff. Lovely check-in with glass of cava. We stayed in a double room which overlooked the Main Street. Room itself on the small side and slightly lacking in storage but it was clean, bed was comfortable (slept better than at home) and the bathroom nice and bright and good to have a small window for natural light and fresh air. Air-con was just about ok. On hot days it struggled to cool down but nighttime it was nice and cool. The balcony was above the shops on the busy street but that was great for watching the world go by. Once the doors were shut there was no noise. In fact rooms were well soundproofed and having carpet in the corridors helped that. We were B&B and the breakfast room was bright and airy with tables outside too. Great selection of cold and hot food. More than you could comfortably eat! Gluten free toast available on request. We had lunch one day and again they offered the club sandwich on gluten free bread. Pool area spacious and plenty of sun beds / parasols. No rush to bag a bed which added to the relaxed atmosphere of the place and this in the main school holiday period. Drinks could be ordered at the bar and delivered to your sun beds or the sofas. Everything charged to the room so no faffing with payment every time, just simply sign the bill. The only qualm of the pool was the tree debris falling into the pool and not being cleaned during the day. There is a lifeguard present who has very little to do, perhaps he could have a sweep of the pool every now and then. Also the water was cold and we had read it was heated but clearly wasn’t. Hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. Less than 10 minutes to music square. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Just superb, the best accommodation we've ever had the pleasof staying at throughout the canaries...a lovely oasis in the middle of all the hustle corralejo has to offer. Beautiful room and lovely attentive staff, a big tgank you also for the anniversary gifts❤️❤️❤️

This was our first visit to this hotel, having peaked inside on previous visits to Corralejo. Excellent location just off the main strip but so quiet and two minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. I emailed the hotel prior to booking as I didn't want a room overlooking the main strip. I was advised that these are the standard rooms. So I booked a superior room. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly receptionist and given a glass of cava. She asked if we wanted to upgrade to a junior suite for an extra 22 euros per night, so we decided to treat ourselves. She offered assistance with luggage as our room was on the first floor, and there were no lifts. The room was bright and airy with a huge bed, sofa and coffee tables. The bathroom was lovely and the complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were really good quality. The room was cleaned daily. We had a balcony with table, two chairs and two sunbeds. Unfortunately, there was no shade so we didn't use it as much as I'd hoped we would. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. No need to get up early to reserve a bed which was good. There is a huge bookshelf in the bar area to borrow from. Breakfast was good but could be better. We don't eat meat so it was disappointing that bacon/ham was added to mushrooms or omelettes as it limited our choice. The coffee is dreadful! Towards the end of our stay, a stag party of about 10 young men arrived. Thankfully they didn't cause any issues but I was surprised that this booking had been allowed as the hotel doesn't seem the sort of place for large groups. The staff are fantastic, so professional and friendly. If I could give 4.5 stars I would have.

What can I say about this fabulous hotel. Staff always friendly and so very helpful, shout out to Jonathsm and Alfonso Rooms spotless and cleaned everyday with fresh towels if needed. Excellent that you could fill up your water bottles with filtered water anytime of the day for no extra cost. Food at breakfast plentiful and varied, lunch menu excellent and evening meal excellent value for money. Location is absolutely spot on a few minutes walk to the beach bar and restaurants. I would definitely recommend a d we will definitely be coming back.

Loved this hotel! The place was clean and well maintained. Quiet round the pool with plenty of space, plus the beach just down the road with a lovely restaurant and live acoustic music. Beds were some of the comfiest we've stayed in, and the balcony space was great to chill out on with a bit more privacy. I'd like to especially praise Consuelo and her team running the restaurant- I'm lactose intolerant and buffets can be a bit of a minefield, but she made sure I knew what was appropriate and after my first meal, all future meals they prepared plates specially for me so I wouldn't have to worry, which was above and beyond my expectations!

We had a lovely 10 day holiday at the Ocean Dunas. Second time staying at the hotel and I'm sure it won't be our last! We stayed in a superior room again, overlooking the garden (125). We were on the ground floor this time. The room didn't get much sun at this time of year, not a problem for me as I don't like the room being too warm, but maybe not for those who like sun on the balcony. The room was very clean with a large comfy bed and good shower. We could hear music from a nearby bar, didn't realise it was so close, just through the wall of the corridor but it finished just after midnight. There were plenty of sun beds at the pool although the ones which got sunshine all day were always reserved. Food again was very good. Enough choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and evening meals were delicious, portions were very filling! My favourite was the steak. There is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff are very attentive. You can now swap evening meal for lunch if on half board. We did this one day and enjoyed lunch, there is a choice of wraps, salads etc. We love the location of the hotel, 2 minutes from the beach, (we noticed there were beds and umbrellas this year, don't know how much to hire) and close to the many bars and restaurants. One of our favourites was Main Street bar where we usually stopped for a night cap on the way back to the hotel. Thank you again for a lovely holiday, I'm sure you'll see us again!
