Hotel Arena odwiedzilismy w grudniu moze na poczatek plusy basen podgrzewany caly czas tem 24,5 co bylo super ,jedzenie dobre ,mozna bylo cos sobie wybrac ,nie chodzilam glodna ,bar przy basenie bardzo maly ,barman robil na cieplo hot dogi hamburgery ,na stole przekaski co do drinkow w all tylko lokalne ,drinki jak mojito mozna bylo kupic tak samo jak whisky i bar w all do 23 pozniej tylko plac,Pokojduzy ogromne lozko ,codziennie sprzatanie wymieniane reczniki ,bylo cicho do momentu przyjazdu gosci z angli.Lokalizacja samego hotelu dla mnie ok jak na grudzien , spacerkiem do miasta i nad ocean Czy polecam ten hotel tak szkoda tylko ze sauna byla zamknieta a kierowalam sie tym wyborem tego hotelu

Właśnie kończymy swoj pobyt w Arena Suit 👏👏👏 cos niesamowitego!!! Jak bardzo jesteście gościnni i profesjonalni 💪 obsługa? Bajeczna!!! Pracowita i bardzo miła:) wszystko bardzo czyściutkie, zadbane! 1 klasa!!! Pyszne posiłki, miłe wieczorne animacje 🥰 serdecznie polecamy wszystkim:) miejsce zdecydowanie warte przyjazdu!!! Pobyt w hotelu zaliczam do bardzo udanych. Obiekt jest średniej wielkości, w lipcu 2021 chyba nie miał pełnego obłożenia przez co nie było dużego tłoku nad basenem i w restauracji. Pokoje bardzo nowoczesne i czyste. Sprzątane prawie codziennie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Obiady i kolacje przepyszne - zmienna kuchnia, świeże ryby i owoce morza. wszystko ciepłe, na bieżąco dokładane. Minusem były śniadania, które były dość monotonne. Alkohol przeciętny. Basen czysty, bez problemu można było znaleźć miejsce pod parasolem. Personel jak i goście przestrzegali noszenia maseczek w pomieszczeniach. Ciekawe atrakcje w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Lokalizacja hotelu była optymalna. Spacerkiem ok. 20 można było dojść do centrum Corralejo. Do ładnej, dużej plaży ok 20-30 minut spacerem. Na mniejsze, miejskie plaże kilkanaście minut. Hotel odpowiedni dla pary. Serdecznie polecam.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile by a very friendly gentleman on the reception. He made our transaction flawless. We were given our instructions to our room. Once we had unpacked, we went for a drink. Everyone was so friendly we were made very welcome. We've been here 3 days and take no notice of the bad reviews re the food, the food is very nice and tasty. Which has a theme night every night. The water in the room is always hot, and the shower was like a power shower, which we loved. We have another 7 days to go and I'm so looking forward to it. Question would we come back? YES. Would I recommend it YES.

We returned for a second visit love this hotel Staff nice & friendly Ent team are great Clean rooms & pool area Buffet nice salad, meat, veg, pizza, chips, potatoes, omelette’s, smoked salmon Something for ev1 themed buffet American, Chinese, Italian Well looked after Cant wait to return next year Thanks for another wonderful experience

On the outskirts of Corralejo, Arena Suite is 15- 20 mins walk to the fantasic beach opposite the Natural Park and 15-20 mins walk to the centre of town. Lovely location for a quiet relaxing day and quiet night if wanting a good nights sleep. This is our 4th visit to Arena Suite. Its our favourite February get away. As before, everywhere is so clean. The staff are all fantastic. Cheerful and can't be anymore helpful. Room cleaned to high standard everyday. Food plentiful and tasty, different theme every night and resturant in general very clean. Again staff brilliant. The receptionists were all very cheerful and very helpful. We had a fabulous two weeks Big thank you again to you all at Arena Suite. Never been to a smallish hotel before so didn't know what to expect but we really enjoyed it. Our room faced the pool and the patio a suntrap all day. Rooms and even bathroom so big. WiFi excellent. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Food could have more choice but breakfast by far the best. Most watered down diluted fruit juices I've ever had which I couldn't drink and really craved as don't like fizzy drinks so stuck to water. Self service around pool and restaurant which is good. Went half term and didn't appear busy. Mainly uk people staying. Entertainment guy tried his best although loves the sound of his own voice lol. The outside singers and shows were great although entertainment room too small and not enough seats. About 20 mins lovely walk via beach or streets to town with lots of shops and bars etc. Great value and would return. Definitely ask straight away for pillows as they are paper thin! Also pool snacks are all cooked fresh

Friendly helpful staff, food warm and plentiful. Self service for soft drinks beer, wines, tea and coffee was great. Rens the entertainment man was good fun friendly and not too pushy. About a 20 min walk to the main ***** an less than 10 mins to El Campanario. Only small thing was that they could have done with more seats in the entertainment area but that's the only thing.

Hotel was very clean&, rooms & bed were huge & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem. Food was great. Poolside was very clean & choice at pool bar was superb. We had a couple of small issues but the reception staff resolved these with no problems. The restaurant & bar need to be updated, but overall me & my wife had a great stay & will definitely go back. Last word on the staff-you do a great job which added to our stay.👍
