H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only

Naprawdę podobał nam się nasz pobyt w tym hotelu. Nasz pokój był fantastyczny, ale nasza obsługa pokoju była dość zawiedziona, ponieważ nasze pierwsze i ostatnie dni otrzymywały brudną pościel. Restauracja all inclusive była powtarzalna, ale miała rozsądny wybór, dużo dań rybnych. Z drugiej strony restauracja z przekąskami jest doskonała, z dobrym wyborem. Masz okazję na menu degustacyjne w menu al la carte, co jest bardzo przyjemnym doświadczeniem. Napoje w hotelu są markowe, ale bardzo często trudno je zdobyć ze względu na brak personelu. Koktajle są ograniczone, a nawet jeszcze bardziej ograniczone, gdy mają jedną ze swoich specjalnych nocy. Zajęcia w ciągu dnia są doskonałe, zespół ciężko pracuje, aby zabawiać swoich gości. Niestety wieczorna rozrywka nie jest zbyt wielka, z wyjątkiem środy, kiedy jest to szalenie przyjemne wydarzenie! Baseny są zrelaksowane i jest więcej niż wystarczająco leżaków.

Zarezerwowałem 2-tygodniowe „wymarzone” wakacje na Teneryfie i wybrałem ten hotel ze zwykłych „zdokowanych” zdjęć online. Byłem wcześniej w hotelach H10 i były one bardzo dobre. Naprawdę nie mogę powiedzieć, że ten hotel nie jest dobry jako taki, po prostu nie jest dla nas. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, nasz lot był opóźniony, więc było około 01:30. Spotkaliśmy się z dużym ochroniarzem, ubranym w mundur w stylu policjanta z centrum handlowego, wędrującym po recepcji z gigantyczną pałką na pasku. Na stopniu na zewnątrz siedziało DUŻO mocno nietrzeźwych ludzi, a jeden nawet mocno spał na pobliskiej ławce. Wewnątrz było rozproszone grupki pijanych młodych dorosłych ubranych na noc w mieście i robiących bardzo dużo hałasu. Poczułem, jak kolor odpływa z mojej twarzy, gdy zdałem sobie sprawę, że wpadłem w pułapkę braku wystarczających badań i uświadomienia sobie, że ten hotel silnie promuje all inclusive i przyciąga skoncentrowanych na drinku turystów, którzy lubią przebywać w domu, gdy są na święto. Recepcjonistka, która nas zameldowała, zrobiła kilka niezręcznych przerw, gdy skrzywiła się na hałaśliwe grupy, które sprawiały, że słyszenie czegokolwiek innego niż one było absolutnie niemożliwe. Wyglądała na zdegustowaną i tam pracuje! Wręczono nam coś, co wyglądało na dość dużo papieru do meldowania się w pokoju hotelowym. Była ulotka informacyjna o posiłkach, dane Wi-Fi, paragony do sejfu, bony do sklepu, bilety na ****** i klucz do pokoju. Był to początek wzorca niepotrzebnej produkcji papieru, który miał miejsce przez cały czas. Zarezerwowałem „Superior Room” i kiedy otworzyłem drzwi, moje serce po prostu zamarło. Pokój był mały, nie tylko nieduży, ale właściwie mały. Bardzo mały. Był to kwadratowy kształt o powierzchni około 5,5m2. Była też mała łazienka i balkon. Ściany pokoju były wykonane z papieru w stylu wiórów drewnianych, który był modny w latach 70. i wyglądał bardzo nie na miejscu. Meble i wyposażenie też były złe i nic nie wyglądało, jakby należało do hotelu o dowolnym standardzie, było jak pokój w domu. Wokół drzwi łazienki znajdowała się jaskrawa, jaskrawa srebrna metalowa listwa, która jeszcze bardziej pogorszyła pokój. Wszystko miało tani, hostelowy charakter i przypominało nieruchomość Airbnb, a nie markowy hotel, w ogóle nie było tożsamości marki. W łazience był zepsuty zawór odcinający, który został odsunięty i zabezpieczony silikonem. Ciągle się gubił, a sprzątaczka po prostu równoważyła go z powrotem. Dlaczego nie naprawić tego…? Rzeczywiste drzwi sypialni były jak drzwi w bloku więziennym, po prostu zbyt pracowite, z wielkimi metalowymi nitami. Coś w tym wszystkim nie tak. Po prostu nie ma a**osfery hotelu. Dostarczają kartę pokoju w małym kartonowym portfelu, który zawiera szczegóły dotyczące Twojego pokoju. Jest to wydrukowane, jednak zauważyłem, że nasz numer pokoju został zmieniony za pomocą Tipex i innego numeru pokoju zapisanego na górze. Data przyjazdu również została zmieniona w ten sam sposób, w jaki byliśmy spóźnieni i przybyliśmy jeden dzień spóźnieni. Wydawało się

Wow another amazing two weeks stay at this hotel. Our welcome/check in went smoothly, requested a “high floor” and that’s what he had. All areas of the hotel are spotless outside and inside, a credit to the hotel management and staff. Marina was helpful as usual and was always “out and about” if there were any problems house a guest relations person she was brilliant. We booked the “Privilege” package and again were not disappointed. We went several times to both restaurants and there was no need to complain. We ate in the Miradoor was as excellent, the staff lead by the very competent manager Aaron, like all of the staff, nothing too much problem. The themed restaurant was excellent to also the (new) Italian restaurant was amazing. The spa and hairdresser were exceptional as well, good value for the money. The hotel is well positioned with the sea and promenade within inches. We have already booked for January 2025 a wonderful place/hotel for a winters break. Thank you H10 Gran Tinerfe. Recently returned from a wonderful break at this hotel thanks to the wonderful staff from grounds men to directors that are always visible around the hotel and always greet you. Been to this hotel too many times to count but at least 35 times in maybe 15 years. Hotel is in a great position by the beach with great walks along the prom both ways. We went AI plus Priv . One of the reason I love this hotel is how friendly the staff are and many of them have been there a long time. No reserving sun beds is endorsed so what ever time you wish to sit around the pool you will get a bed. The new Italian restaurant is a bonus to book while you’re there, open Thursday , Friday and Saturday. If I had to say one negative thing and this is only a very small point that does not effect this wonderful hotel is it is a little tied in some corridors but I’m sure this will be address soon. Great stay at the H10 Gran Tenerif. Decorated the room and upgraded us to a suite for my husbands 50 th. Clean hotel, lots of room and sun beds. Friendly staff, nice cocktails. Great location. One heated pool in the winter. Amazing food and facilities. Would definitely return.

Been coming here for a few years and it never fails to deliver. Exceptionally clean throughout from the newly refurbished reception area, the three large pools, one heated and lovely bedrooms plus the opportunity to upgrade. The buffet restaurant has a good variety of food to choose from with chef’s hot grill and the choice of three a la carte to visit. The entertainment crew lead by the charismatic Dani has a full programme of daily activities/sports with the shows in the evening are very good. It is an older clientele early season with May onwards the animation team have pool foam parties water polo and so much more. We have always found the staff to be extremely helpful pleasant and go the extra mile. Looking forward to our return in August for our second two week stay of the year.

This hotel again delivered a really good holiday experience as all the staff are so helpful and happy to help. The food and activities are only part of the reason we so enjoy staying here and we are already booked in for our next stay so that we can take advantage of the hotels position and walk up to Fanabe or down to the Golden Mile.

Amazing stay and throughly enjoyable week! Always beds around the pool, beach within seconds away and heated pool was bliss! We used the buffet for all meals, which had a wide variety of choices. Especially loved the crepes in a morning! Coffee shop is a treat and the peach paradises were beautiful! We made an error initially booking the room (booked the double without a balcony) but could upgrade for a cost. This was sorted quickly for us! The only downside we found, was the fact we couldn't get in to our room until 3pm (we got to the hotel about 11am). So we felt a bit in limbo. This hasn't put us off at all and we have booked again for next year! Such an amazing week!

Stayed for 1 week with sea view room..excellent room..very clean. Entertainment was excellent..all inclusive. Could not fault it would highly recommend this hotel. Good location. Food and drinks were good. Sea view room was great..looking to come back
