Rooms really spacious, modern and clean. Rooms cleaned every 2 days. Plenty of sun beds round the pool. Staff polite and friendly. Hotel near bars restaurants and shopping places. A good cheap and cheerful break away I would return if the price was right.

me and my family came here for a week holiday. firstly the staff are so welcoming on arrival witch was very pleasing the food for all exclusive is a hit an miss some days but you get that everywhere. i enjoyed my stay that much that we will be making a return in november. once again brilliant week away cant fault it

Just returned from my fifth stay at this hotel, I plan to return again very soon. Great location and comfortable rooms - a perfect base for getting out and about for a wander to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. I don’t understand why people say all of the staff are rude - perhaps they’re reacting to the rudeness of the guests themselves? A simple please or thank you (grqcias) goes a long way! I found all the staff to be polite, friendly and always very helpful - especially the security guys, reception, cleaners and the bar staff. Some areas of the hotel could do with some TLC but the refurbished rooms are great. Food and drink are fine - if you’re expecting 5* book a different hotel - but overall, a great place for a few days away.

while the rooms were recently refurbished they were not best kept, showers leaked as did the kitchenet tap, the restaurant staff were unfriendly and hovered and watched as you were eating, the reception staff were more interested in their makeup or chatting than helping, the place in general was in a shabby state and in need of repair, the food was awful 95% of the time it was repurposed or reheated for a previous meal, do not go there is you are vegan or vegetarian. DO NOT BOOK HERE. felt unwelcome and unwanted the whole trip

9th May - 14th May 5 nights My experience was minimal room was cleaned every 2 days, staff were rude, good for a cheap stay, the pool was a positive, friendly for kids, the staff are not very accommodating to your needs, wanted better experiences.

Please ignore the reviews! We spent 2 weeks at this hotel and honestly… at first i was dreading it from what we read prior to our arrival but i was pleasantly surprised!When we arrived about 1pm our room was already ready! We booked a pool view room but we was on level 3 and we had the most fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean (as well as pool view), the room was fab very spacious with living and kitchen area! Bathroom was lovely, very spacious and our bedroom was also a really nice size! We had a fan in the living and bedroom area… air con really isnt not needed as the fans work fantastically. Cleaned every other day! Staff are super friendly and really welcoming! We were all inclusive and the first week we had no complaints about the food… i mean you get what you pay for but there was some tasty dishes… breakfast got a bit sameish… i think i had a fry up nearly every day as there was not too many options. Bacon was a bit like rubber and meat is cheap quality but overall cant complain for the price. Mexican night and curry night i think was by far the best! No entertainment for the kids which is a bit disappointing and the hall looks abit like something you see from the 70s! Would have been nice to have childrens disco or even a bit of bingo… just something for entertainment! However it didnt bother us too much as there was plenty of bars nearby. Pool area was decent! Music played til 6pm not too loud but enough to enjoy! Second week we did see a few cockroaches in the restaurant running across the tables and walls… it did slightly put us off eating there but to be honest you get cockroaches everywhere you go! We still continued to eat there and well… we are still alive lol! I would 100 percent go back! Maybe half board or self catering next time though! Great location! We had the most amazing holiday! Thank you Laguna Park! However please try sort entertainment side of things out! I was told my a member of staff they are under new management and stopped all entertainment! They used to do kids disco, animal shows, karaoke night and bingo and now absolutely nothing! Bring the hall back to life because you have a lovely hotel its a shame to bring it down on that side of things and nothing for the children to do! No activities! Also WIFI.. would be good to have WIFI in available in the rooms not just the reception. Antonetta ( i think thats how you spell your name)you are an angel! Thank you for being so lovely to my curly haired daughter as you kept saying such beautiful hair! You should get a pay rise!

We stayed on room only basis so we never eat in the hotel. The hotel was bigger than expected. The hotel was a little tired but the room was nice and cleaned every day. Our view was of the road across for a bar but bearable as we were out most days. The staff were great and very helpful. My big gripe was towels on sun beds by 8 all the beds were towelled up with no people to be seen. Hence we will not be back.

Me & my sister stayed here for a week. After looking at reviews we were a bit skeptical. But we loved it there. Apartment was lovely, clean, maids came in few times a week. We went half board, we were offered full board for extra €119 but declined. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was a bit hit & miss. I have food intolerances so found it hard to find foods to eat. Hotel does need lick of paint. But staff were friendly. Lady at front desk, with grey hair, was adorable, so helpful. Ramon the security guard was funny guy. We would go back to hotel but B&B. Close to all amenities.

Nice enough hotel. It’s listed as 3 star and I would agree. Rooms were clean and spacious. No air con so it was hot especially at night. You do get a fridge, kettle and microwave. No toiletries provided but there is a hairdryer. The food was fine - plenty choice, tasty and hot. Drinks were local but you could pay extra for premium if you wanted. Staff were friendly. Pool area was clean although the sunbeds were not the best. No pool towels provided and none available to buy although there are shops close by. We arrived late at night (around 11pm) and were told that there was no food available and if we wanted anything we had to find a shop or restaurant. Also when we checked out at noon we were told that the all inclusive was no longer available, even though our pick up time was not until 5pm. All in all, we wanted a cheap and cheerful shirt break (4 days) and we’re not disappointed.
