Iberostar Grand Salomé

The hotel offers excellent service, the food, the service from staff are all excellent. We stayed in the Grand Salome, adults only, with the whole experience being not only luxurious but very enjoyable and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a 5 star. We have amazing views, the staff are so friendly, access to the spa, unlimited food, alcohol, champagne on arrival in the room - the bed is very comfortable. I cannot fault this at all and I am planning when to come back already, before I have even left!

What an amazing hotel! Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the food and drink were outstanding, there was always plenty of space - no battling for sunbeds at 7am! - and the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely come back and do it all over again!

Excellent hotel . Great location , staff are amazing , so friendly .A Rooms are very spacious , we had a Suite with A Sea View . Would definitely come back to this Hotel . Ala Carte restaurants are all good as well as the buffet restaurants. Having a lovely time here ..

The hotel is just incredible. Really spacious. The rooms are fantastic - we had a beautiful view. It is a super relaxing place with a really chilled atmosphere. Loads of space by the pool and the spa facilities are excellent (and included). You are right on the doorstep to the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. The people working here are fabulous and so helpful. Highly recommend the cocktails - especially the pina colada. The breakfast was probably my favourite bit - the choice was amazing & a different special menu every day. It was just perfect and will back to stay

Our visit to the hotel was faultless. From the moment we crossed the threshold our experiences of all aspects were superb. Our room was ideally located, poolside patio, personal loungers and table with aspect looking across to La Gomera. A choice of four restaurants, three to Michelin standard, together with vast buffet provided worldwide cuisine accompanied by a fine wine selection. The attentive staff in all areas of the hotel could not have been more helpful and obliging. Located on the walkway along the coastline the private gate enables easy beach access.

Fantastic again. Great chill week away and the staff just know what you would like when you like. You are all a credit to the hotel and they are lucky to have such dedicated staff. Met some fantastic fellow guests and we all told some great stories. Wee negative, maybe a result of having stayed a few times now is I think maybe the food menu could do with a revamp. Even the physical menus looked a bit tired. Maybe a Specials Board each night as well?. Sea Soul was not the best and other guests said the same thing on the same night. Hopefully a one off. Looked at prices for next year and OMG. Hopefully it will get more in my price range and I can visit again. If not I wish you all the best. Stevie T

We have had many visits to Salome and that says it all really. It is such a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere made special by the excellent staff. The butlers are available to help and make dinner reservations, etc and do a great job. However, the staff who look after breakfast and the Lagarto at lunchtime just make the experience even more outstanding.. A special mention for Vicki, Jessica and Thais who work so well together and are always aware of what is going on whether inside or out by the pool. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is done with a smile. This year we enjoyed Poseidon again and it was so lovely to see Richard who used to be at Salome full time. He is a great personality who always wants to do his best. All in all a fabulous holiday and hopefully we will return again next year.

We stayed in one of the suites with a sea view and pool access. Great ala carte food and wine, both of which are excellent quality. I am celiac and the staff here take great care to provide gluten free food. All branded spirits which you can also have with a meal unlike other hotel chains. There was complementary wine, spirits and champagne in the room when we arrived. The pool bar is well stocked and if the ingredients are available on all inclusive, the staff will make up cocktails to order if they are not on the cocktail list. The standard of capsule coffee provided in the room was also excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the butlers, Claudia and Alejandro as well as their team: Mossi, Jessica, Vicki, Thies, Alejandra to name only a few. We found all the staff to be very attentive. The treatments at the Spa were excellent too.

The hotel is the best we have stayed in, from the time we got out of the taxi our bags were taken and contact was made to Claudia who took us through, to the Grand Salome, our room was ready for us , it is beautiful very tranquil. Claudia makes sure that you have the best time. she is so proactive in making sure you have everything you need. Thank you for your energy in making our holiday a very special Anniversary. We then went to find food were we met vicky , Estefania ,Taais Jessica they gave us the most special welcome and service the food was incredible and match the girls smile. Then we met Mossi and his team in the evening all I can say is nothing is too much trouble my husband is a celiac
