Room is big and clean and comfy beds, the hotel itself is dated and needs a revamp. Just a little Christmassy so a little disappointing, staff are all lovely and welcoming and work hard. lots of activities going on and the entertainment is really good. Food is just ok but could be a lot better and alot hotter but lots of choice.

Good experience in general, the staff are very nice there.

This hotel was great. They had everything you needed either at the hotel or just a walk away. It was very safe and easy to get around. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Lovely hotel. Was quite busy but didn’t have to queue long for food or drinks. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel, lots of choice for food and drink. Having multiple pools is great and multiple bars open until different times. The entertainment team was fantastic, things for everyone to get involved with. Only negative a maid threw away our baby’s sterilising tablets on the 2nd to last day so that made things tricky - (assuming by mistake thinking it was rubbish)

The staff was the major highlight. They were very friendly and professional, making sure that my stay was pleasant. It's an older hotel, some of the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, I found quite a few of bugs/insects inside the room. Overall I'd recommend it mainly because of the amazing staff and convenience to walk to the beach and shopping stores.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Branded drinks. Very clean and always sunbeds and umbrellas. The adults only section was excellent.

Excellent, as always at Las Dalias. Special praise for the staff and in particular a member of the entertainment team called Martha and also her friend whose name I don’t know. They interacted wonderfully with guests. One small observation - the variety of prepared. fruit at meals was less than usual. There were grapes, melon and watermelon at every meal but almost nothing else, for instance no grapefruit or pineapple. But that is only a small point in relation to the usual very pleasant stay I once again had.
