H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Stayed in half board plan in a Privlege room in this hotel from 2nd Feb until 9th Feb with my husband. When we arrived we checked in at a separate area and were served a glass of cava and shown the privilege lounge where there was a self-service bar with all branded spirits, beers, soft drinks, water and a coffee machine. This was open until midnight. This is a great 4-star hotel. I would advise anyone to book a Privilege room as this means you can book breakfast and dinner in the Las tosca restaurant with table service. Good choice for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. We also tried the buffet restaurant which was OK standard food nothing amazing but acceptable. Also privilege means you have an adults only pool area with plenty of choice of beds etc and a very friendly waiter who is constantly bringing drinks and snacks to everyone plus its possible to go to the bar and get whatever drink you want. The whole hotel area is really nice with a great area for families too. There was entertainment every night plus entertainment in the piano bar. I would recommend this hotel as a 4 star hotel but feel the staff upgrade the hotel to 5 stars.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly polite, the food is amazing and so diverse. The swiming pool and the view is one of the most beautiful I have seen. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to a bus station so you can get in other places of the island very easy.

Great little family get away…. Hotel was good a few housekeeping issues with one of our rooms but they were soon rectified all inclusive food offering was a bit hot and miss some days but all in all it was ok. The family enjoyed and all staff we came across friendly

This is our second visit to this excellent Hotel, set in a beautiful location, we always stay all inclusive, standard of food & choice is excellent & service is exceptional…. The hospitality staff are all very friendly & attentive especially Julian Perez, nothing is too much trouble. We are already booked to come back in November, H10 Costa Adeje palace is our little island of eutopia & can highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and always there to help. Fabulous facilities and the salt pools were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights at the beginning of May on an AI basis in a Privilege Room. We timed it perfect as the brand new roof top infinity pool had just opened the day before...it was amazing! The privilege option was 100% worth it as we were able to have civilised meals in the La Tosca and Sakura Teppanyaki on all 3 nights plus breakfast in La Tosca every morning. The drink selection and quality was brilliant (all branded mixers) and the cocktails were good too! The app to book meals was really easy to use. We had a great time but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 (which it could easily be) was actually more to do with the reception staff....just not very helpful and at one point blatantly lied to us. What we would like to say though is that every other member of staff we came across was amazing and the total opposite (so helpful!). The location of the hotel is great, a little walk along the front into Costa Adeje but on the sea front with amazing views, the sunsets from the roof top were fantastic! We recommend getting a private transfer if possible as this was the last hotel drop off and first pick up going back. The privilege double room was ok, clean and comfortable with a side sea view. Fully stocked mini bar on day one (doesn't get refilled which was fine for 3 days). We both slept very well and came home feeling amazing! Thank you H10!

We had a lovely stay here as a group of four. We stayed B&B. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, bathrooms could probably do with a facelift but we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Great selection at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, pool area well kept. Even though the hotel was busy there was always beds available at the pool, you aren't allowed to reserve beds, which helps. It's definitely in a quieter area, a short ten min walk along sea front to La Caleta which has a lovely selection of high quality restaurants. It's another ten min walk on the other side into the busier areas of Costa Adeje, and a taxi ride to Las Americas, which suited us anyway as we were looking to avoid the very touristy areas. On the downside, they have a few funny rules at this hotel. You must pay a daily fee to rent the safe in your room, which in all my travelling, I have never come across before. It just seems like a money making opportunity rather than supplying your guests with a service that is sitting there anyway. The glasses in the room were not cleaned/replaced on a daily basis. When presenting for breakfast the lady told us we must have our piece of paper with our room number written on it, even though we were both wearing the H10 wristband which serves as the room key. I was told the same at the main pool bar, the bar man wouldn't serve me because I didn't have the piece of paper with the room number on it, even though I was wearing the H10 wristband, but when I went to the beach shack bar they served me no problem. If you have rules, that is fine, but some consistency when putting them into practice would be better. All in all, I would return here as it's a beautiful hotel with a scenic location. If you're looking to avoid touristy areas, this is the place for you. Staff were lovely and friendly.
