Nos encantó la atención, la habitación, el servicio de comedor muy amables, recepción, limpieza, servicio de toallas...
Por poner un pero, el minibar no enfriaba y en la oferta no vi bien especificada la info de que las bebidas en la cena no están incluidas en la oferta.
Las piscinas estupendas, especial mención a la Infinity pool a pesar de que no sabíamos que era en otra parte del complejo, con unas cuantas escaleras por medio.
La tranquilidad del lugar es genial para desconectar.

Wraz z mężem spędziliśmy 14 dni w tym hotelu.Pokój dostaliśmy taki, jaki zmówiliśmy-na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na morze.Jedzenie bardzo dobre,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Przepyszne,świeżo-wyciskane soki z różnych owoców.Plaża około 400 metrów od hotelu.Leżaki przy basenach "rezerwowane ręcznikami " co zdarza się prawie wszędzie przez kilkadziesiąt lat moich podróży.Ja osobiście jestem zwolenniczką chodzenia na plażę.Pokoje czyste-sprzątane codziennie.Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu,Wi-Fi również.Dla dwóch urządzeń wi-fi darmowo-jak więcej urządzeń-trzeba było zapłacić.Polecam ten hotel.Nie mam zastrzeżeń-i mam zamiar tam jeszcze wrócić.

Dobry 4* hotel sieci Riu. Świetna ciągle uśmiechnieta obsługa, pyszne jedzenie oraz lokalizacja to największe atuty. Hotel tylko dla dorosłych więc panuje cisza i spokój. Strefa przy basenach ciekawa ale wg mnie lepsza jest strefa przy promenadzie i plaży-jest tam bar, basen i dużo leżaków.idealne miejsce na błogi wypoczynek oraz świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Jeśli bym już miała do czegoś na siłę się czepiać to tylko do mebli w pokojach- widać że swoje już przeszły w tym klimacie i są lekko spuchnięte od wilgoci ale to naprawdę nie jest istotą wypoczynku bo reszta to rekompensuje:)

Hotel oferuje wszystkim co jest potrzebne żeby wypocząć,obsługa w hotelu na wysokim poziomie,hotel dla dorosłych,opcja dla ludzi chcących odpocząć od dzieci,na wyróżnienie zasługuje jedzenie serwowane na kolacje,bardzo smaczne.

Bardzo ładny i klimatyczny hotel, który zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Hotel posiada 3 baseny, 2 przy budynku 1 obok plaży. Dojście z pokoju do plaży zajmuje około 3-5 minut. Bardzo duża liczba leżaków i parasoli, nie trzeba „rezerwować” miejsca, chociaż niektórzy na siłę to robili. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, przez 14 dni mogłem wybierać posiłki tak by mi się nie nudziły. Do śniadania serwowana jest pyszna kawa, herbata i kakao. Dodatkowo napoje typu sok woda dostępne w bufecie. Na kolacje napoje zgodnie z cennikiem. W hotelu przebywało bardzo dużo Anglików Niemców a w czasie weekendu Hiszpanów. Hotel ma swoją aplikacje mobilną na telefon co zdecydowanie ułatwia kontakt z obsługą. Blisko hotelu znajdują się : plaża sklepy knajpki i bary. Plusem jest darmowy parking na terenie hotelu dla jego klientów. Ręczniki basenowe w cenie. Polecam

This was the third time we had been to this hotel the last time only a year ago. Due to our diaries we could only stay 6 nights this time. When we arrived we asked about a safe in our room and were told that this would cost 8 euros a night. We thought this high compared to other hotels and much higher than we paid last year. We were told that if you stay 7 nights the fee is reduced to only 18 euros. This policy appears crazy and we asked to discuss it with the manager the next day. He was polite but said there was nothing he could do as it was company policy. He did state that his hotel would not take responsibility of any lost valuables not put in the safe. As we were on the ground floor we felt it best to pay the fee. I do not feel this is made clear enough in advance and hopefully this review makes future customers aware. We on the other hand who have stayed at least 10 times in RIU hotels will never use their services again as there are many other hotels

A relaxing holiday. Lovely hotel in a quiet location and very comfy beds. Great staff and good food but every night was international night and after seven evenings the food had become a little repetitive. I celebrated a birthday whilst there and the hotel sent a bottle of fizz to our room which has a lovely gesture. The cleaners deserve a special mention, as everywhere in the hotel was super clean. We would definitely stay in another Rui hotel.

Very relaxing stay - currently in middle of 2 week break. Hotel clean and well maintained with all staff friendly and helpful. Wide selection of food with gluten free options although can sometimes be a bit salty - especially fish. Large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds and shade - although this can be a problem. There are sunbathing areas with overhead sun covers. However these are only closed on request and if people are sitting in sun the staff are unable to close the covers to avoid upsetting sunbathers. This means that those wanting shade are crammed under available shade while sunbathers are spread out among other areas see photo. The staff receive frequent requests to close covers which they have to refuse. Suggestion: close several covers in each area first thing so sunbathers can use open areas and shade is available for others.

The hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje and just a short stroll from the beach. It was 2 large swimming pools and a private area at the back of the beach with an infinity pool - our favourite part, loved it. Never a shortage of sunbeds in either location. We had a pool view room, 4046, which we loved as the sun would hit the balcony at the end of the day enabling us to enjoy a nice glass of wine before our evening meal. Food was lovely, lots of choice, although I would have liked to see some casseroles. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help. We will definitely return!!
