Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Miami Kendall

We all love it!

The room was very spacious. The hotel was clean, newer, in good condition, smelled good, and breakfast was well stocked. French toast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold cuts, bagels, toast, fruit, danishes, oatmeal, etc.

Great location for visiting both the north and south sections of the Everglades. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

I love everything about this hotel, except the pillows. They deflate to paper thin and you don’t realize it until you hit the pillow and your head sinks. Two pillows are not even enough to keep a spine aligned. Not the 1st Hampton in the same state to notice this, but seems like a simple fix to make it perfect.

Since you enter the property it smells very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very polite and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to numerous flight delays, we didn't arrive until after midnight. We were able to get checked in and in bed quickly though, no issues getting our room. The front desk attendant was super nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and we all got a good nights rest after our flight debacle. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and looks to be a newer property.

Super bad service! They need to have someone who can solve problems there ANYTIME ! Not tell me to solve it by myself! Super bad! I don't like being a bad person but they really pieced me off.

We were there for a memorial service they were generous enough to let us check in early and check out late
