Lovely staff….when we arrived at midnight a friendly face opened the door. Charlie the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was superb….i would be very healthy if the fruit was provided at my house every day! Decent pool table but better cues needed. The swimming pool was large enough to accommodate a few kids and jacuzzi was warm! Friendly boot room and putting the skis out was a lovely gesture. It’s expensive to stay but the staff try everyone to make it as good as possible.

The hotel is located amazingly on the slopes and very close to town. the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean with a great view. The breakfast was very rich and everything was available. The only draw back is the ski shop. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly.

Very nice staff, friendly and forthcoming, but the health, sauna and shower areas are tired and leave a lot to be expected from such a high profile hotel. Showers do not work, are tiny and need massive upgrading. Sauna is ill repaired and tired. Food is excellent, but if you want half board and stay for a week the menu is too small and non varied for new experiences. All specials not on the menu are "sold" without giving the exorbitant extra charges. This is not a cheap hotel to begin with and such hidden charges are not appreciated. Some of the guests during our stay were rowdy and had their own party going all day long, maybe not what you wish for and expect in such a hotel.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect spot for ski on/off location!!! Literally wake up and the wonderful ski shop has your skis ready outside and boots warmed and you take off right to the Chenus/Verdons Gondolas!!! The hotel is beautiful and charming with amazing staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Incredible breakfast every morning and a beautiful sun deck! Rooms were extremely comfortable with absolutely breathtaking views of the French Alps!! Walk to town in 2 mins or the hotel provides free shuttle service to all restaurants. Drop off and pickups. They will even get you reservations to the best restaurants. We all can’t wait to return to Hotel Carlina next season!!

Great location, staff were very helpful throughout the hotel. Rooms a little dated but overall fair value for money in Courchevel 1850. Would happily recommend to family and couples. Good pool and spa helps to keep the family entertained.

The only problem was that the room was not to our expectation(as was described on the website) . The room(#76) was on the floor underneath the reception or lobby with no elevator to get you to that floor(-1) In addition , the bathroom had a very small shower; almost could not fit in there.

Why is this hotel still allowed to function ? It is truly an awful place trading off its reputation from many years ago when it was one of the best in courchevel . The rooms are a disgrace , service non existent and food average at best . Anywhere but here !

We have been visiting this hotel for a few years in a row. Location is perfect. Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. It is a 4 star hotel that needs badly rennovation and not a penny has been invested in years. Particularly lobby is 1990's. Staff is ok. Breakfast ok. We were offered in September 23 a rate of 1085/night for a standard room without half board. When we arrived hotel was 80% empty and selling same room on booking for 750euro/night. When asked to be upgraded to make it more fair they resisted and after a lot of pressure i was gived same type room at a higher floor. We have been visiting this hotel for many years and we payed for same room same period end of Jan: 2022 650euro, 2023 850 euro, 2024 1085 euro!!!. They are exploiting the "inflation" and "this is Courchevel" and "money doesnt matter" themes to the point of ridiculus. This is a definetly not worth the money and we will never return because they are just too greedy

The service in the restaurants was very bad. In the lobby you had to beg for a waiter to serve you food. Water as not served to everyone in the table…. Same in breakfast to get a coffee was a mission.
