We adore this property and try to stay here when we visit comox. Beautiful and clean rooms! So quiet and beautiful!

Tiles floors. We heard the man above us all night walking around moving things across tile floor. Extremely rough sleep. Beautiful views -was a bit of a shame to not get a great rest in such a serene location.

I booked this hotel and room in particular as a bonus to a remarkable young woman whom does sales for my company. The in room jacuzzi tub could not be used because there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Giving time in between to try again and it was an incredible disappoin**ent. No consideration was given when reporting this to the hotel staff either.

There wasn’t very good sound proofing between units. People next door were up partying til 3 a.m. so I didn’t sleep well.

Nice property overall - the rooms are a bit tired and the noise transfer is terrible!! Could hear the unit next doors entire conversation and TV blaring both nights on my stay. Definitely need to improve the soundproofing between rooms with a shared door.

We love Crown Isle Resort. Always stay there when visiting the Comox Valley. Its central to bothe Courtenay and Comox. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. Staff all have been friendly and helpful. Will be back!
