Afternoon tea very disappointing.Sandwich heavy cake poor.One cake stand between four people.One hundred poundsworth for four people..could have done it myself for 30 pounds.Most sandwiches egg..use of processed meat and salad slung in middle seen better days.Spoke to manager who was very rude.She told us no one will be hungry after eating sandwiches wont want cake. Thays what you ordered.Other staff brilliant.We paid 30 pound for Prosecco 20 pound 2 cocktails .Managers attitude brought whole mood down for 60th celebration.Have had many afternoon teas in my time.This was very poor quality.

We had a surprise party here for my Dad's 60th - what a place. The venue & grounds itself are stunning, the staff are extremely helpful and attentitive, catering was fantastic - could not fault anything. I viewed quite a few venues before finally deciding on The Old Hall, and I definitely made the right decision. The feedback from guests has been amazing and we'll definitely be back for coffee!

Really friendly family business. Spacious clean rooms. Authentic homemade Indian food served with love. Great if you’re at the NEC but not staying on site.

When booking provided us with valuable advice for our mother’s wake. Looked after us very well on the day and provided good quality buffet in lovely surroundings

My wife and I attended a Wedding Reception here on a Saturday afternoon/evening. It was a wonderful experience enhance by friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff and the quality of food and drinks served. Facilities were first class, member of our party stayed overnight and were full of praise for the standard of the rooms.

Lovely hotel, great service. What a find. Can't believe this hotel is not full. Don't think there is any more they could do to make it better. Lovely decor, great facilities, great staff. I would highly recommend a stay, especially at the weekend.

We went to celebrate a Family wedding and we could not fault the venue or Staff for the whole time we were there. From the moment we arrived the attention to detail was amazing. The hotel it self is extremely well presented and the cleanliness another level .

Lovely place with a great a**osphere, where you feel welcome from the moment you enter. Food was absolutely amazing! And having no experience with the North Indian cuisine General Manager Georgie Kandola provided background, details, recommendations and even adjus**ents, so our experience was beyond compare – and as a result we dined at the Old Hall as much as possible during our short stay in Coventry. We also enjoyed the bar selection. Excellent cocktails. Certainly not our last visit. Luckily we expect to be in the area once a year the next 5 years. So we know where to eat and maybe even book a room.

We went to The Old Hall for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday. The food and there was plenty of it was fantastic. The staff were attentive, polite and professional. The room where we ate had a lovely ambiance and I am intending to book another afternoon tea soon. To top it off my sister whose birthday it was, was given some flowers which was such a lovely touch. Thank you to all at The Old Hall for a wonderful experience
