Excellent Service specially from front desk Sr. GSA Mr. Sajib who is very much polite & positive in his action & attitude. Little improvement need call bell issues( made confusion to alongside room at night while rang). Staffs are very much cordial as well

I think my experience in this hotel is not so good. Because I wasn’t satisfied with the overall behaviour of the staffs. I felt like they didn’t even care about their customers. There were bad smell in the room hallway and bathroom. I am not happy.

We got a candle light dinner which was included in our honeymoon package. The environment and ambience was perfect. We were lucky to have live music. Wouldn't change a single thing about the whole dinner. The service and food was simply perfect.

Unprofessional behaviour by the staff. They apparently wanted me and family to pay for their broken regulator and they charged 8 thousand over the agreed upon amount. All of these problems started the moment the concierge was not tipped heavily. My father visited Cox's Bazaar after 18 years and Ocean Paradise successfully ruined the trip for him.

Breakfast quality & items quantity drastically deteriorated. On my last visit & this December 2024 visit, there is lots of difference. Need to improve. Front desk staff behavior is now alarming, most non cooperative front desk of this type of hotel; Need immediately improvement & be cooperative with smiling face.

I've had the best dining experience in Cox's Bazar. Kudos to Mr. Faisal and his team for such a fantastic arrangement on our first anniversary. Special thanks to Mr. Touheed and Hassan. They made our anniversary even more enjoyable with their impeccable service.

I recently stayed at Ocean Paradise for two night. overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and professional, greeting me with a smile and answering all my questions about the area. The concierge was also helpful with recommendations for nearby activities.

We stayed at ocean paradise hotel & Resort . The most beautiful hotel in Cox's Bazar. They have many breakfast items. Breakfast was very interesting. Especially their BBQ restaurant is amazing. Their BBQ restaurant is on the roof. Swimming pool is amazing. We were in room 510💜. This room is very beautiful. and you can see the beautiful sea from this room. Thank you Mr. Abdullah🤍. Your idea about the tourist spots of Cox's Bazar is very good👍. Abdullah, your service impressed me. If we come to Cox's Bazar again, we will definitely stay at OPL, Insha Allah🤍
