Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resorts

I thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise with my family, relishing the overall experience. The impeccable service and standout features like the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant left a lasting impression. Kudos to the exceptional hospitality and staff behavior, especially Mr. Saiful, who proved incredibly cooperative. Despite these positive aspects, a couple of considerations for improvement stand out. Firstly, the discontinuation of warm water in washrooms after midnight during the winter season seems inconvenient. Additionally, a reconsideration of fixed air-conditioning temperatures in rooms could enhance guest comfort. Moreover, while the food at the rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations, the complementary breakfast fell short. It lacked essential seasoning, particularly salt and necessary spices. A refinement of the breakfast offerings to match the deliciousness of their regular menu would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Notwithstanding these minor considerations, the overall positive experience during our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise significantly overshadowed any concerns. The commendable service, outstanding amenities, and delightful dining at the rooftop restaurant make it a highly commendable choice for future visits. Hotel Ocean Paradise truly stands out as a top-notch destination, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for any traveler.

Amazed with the service from all the staff in Ocean paradise hotel Cox’s bazer, especially the reception staff Hridoy & Annasha, very friendly and helpful. Nit and Clean and have all Modern facilities as expected. Highy recommended to all.

it was overall good .. then complimentary breakfast was also good with good quality and great service. swimming pool experience was good enough with family environment. i found e great room service and nice hospitality. solaiman hossain was a good hospitality provieder i appreciate

The hotel itself needs some repair works or better maintenance. The staffs are amazing and goes beyond to make the guests feel good. I stayed there on a work trip for one night. The two guys in the reception named Sajib and Zubayer were extremely patient and very helpful to accommodate with my request to upgrade the room and all the hassles related to change the room. Appreciate their service with always a smiling face. The breakfast menu could be upgraded.

Located near the Dolphin circle, the hotel is overall quite a good one, probably in between too luxurious and mid-range hotels. I stayed in a suite overlooking the front side of the hotel and the road by it. From the balcony of the room, you can see the swimming pool, and a good view of the sea at an angle. In my suite, all the amenities and fittings were great. Everything was very nicely organized and maintained. It had a living room and a bedroom. There were minibar, TV, bathrobe, etc. In fact, everything you may want on a trip was there. The hotel provides room service. It got a bar. The restaurant inside provides fairly good food. I was not too happy with the breakfast though, as I had better expectations. They provided me airport transfer. The beach is accessible through a narrow side road near the hotel. Some restaurants are at a walking distance, if you want cheaper alternatives for food. Auto rickshaws were also very much available.

It was a memorable great experience, everyone was so friendly and hospitable. Will come again. Food was also really good. Room service was fast and clean. People from reception was really help full specially Mr. Hridoy . Hope everyone who stay here have good time as always.and this is my 3rd time in ocean paradise... there service is always memorable..

Everything is ok,, nd the food is very testy nd delicious,, nd healthy,,next time we will try to this hotel in sa allah ,,the hotels reservations nd hospitality is so impressive nd nice to take this opportunity,,thanks Solaiman vhaya ,,happy
