Worst hotel...bad experience...indifferent staff This is hotel is the worst one...Staff are terrible...front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with solo trip and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location..only reason to book is its proximity to beside Sayeman Hotel..otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst...

Hotel location is so beautiful with perfect sea view but old hotel. For mid budget It's really nice . Room Division employees are so nice and friendly , i would like to give thanks to Mr. Khorshed, Mr. Foysal, Mr Reza and Housekeeping 2 gentleman who clean my room 301. Special Thanks again to Mr. Khorshed and Mr. Foyasl .

It started from the moment we entered the Hotel. The Hotel is too dirty in every aspect. The bad smelly room, smelly water cattle, semi-washed bedsheet, Dirty Front & Dirty Swimming pool area spoiled my mood to stay over. As per their room rent, they must be concerned about cleanliness.
