All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, intentamos llamar a recepción desde la habitación pero el teléfono no servia por los años que tenia ,las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban mojadas, la comida y la cena es buena

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다.
또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다.
3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

The highlight of this property is the incredible staff. They are so welcoming, so attentive, and truly want to ensure that you have a great stay. Additionally, it’s extremely easy to book excursions through the staff, who provide detailed information on what to expect/where to go. The property itself is quite outdated, and I wasn’t lucky enough to stay in one of the updated rooms. Instead, I was in one of the older rooms. It had a brand new mini-fridge and the AC ran high with no issue. I did find it odd that there weren’t any washcloths though.
A few things worth noting; The bed was painfully hard. The buffet was subpar (especially for a vegetarian). One night at the buffet dinner, I wanted to bring a plate back to my room and I was told that it was only allowed via room service. However, that’s a specified menu (again, less options for a vegetarian) AND they upcharge for room service. I just found that a little silly that I wasn’t supposed to bring my own dinner to my room but someone else could bring it. Finally, the gentleman who sells (very pretty) sculptures by the dive shop would ask me if I was ready to purchase every time I walked by. I ended up avoided the beach area during that second half of my stay for that reason. I admit that I’m not the best at saying a direct ’no’, but I also didn’t expect to feel ‘pressured to buy’ at the resort.

This was our seventh year staying at the property, great safe property for family with children. Its quiet and relaxing with lots to offer. The meal buffets had better options this year so that was nice to see.

This was the third time staying at this property. I love the location, the hard working friendly staff, incredible food, great snorkeling right off the pier. Very nice rooms, budget friendly.

Since I was traveling alone, I noticed the wait staff when you were eating, were in attentive to you. Couples and groups of people were attended by the waiters and waitresses. You were pretty much left alone if you travel by yourself. That is concerning.

The property is very small and outdated and only has one restaurant which is buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food option is very limited although I did enjoy the offering they had for dinner my last night there. The lastest bar open which is very small, closes at 11 no matter what day of the week it is. It also smells funky in there. The room had dirty walls and the bathtub was really high and stained. The sink smells of sewerage. The “resort” is more of an older crowd which my friend and I joked that I booked us at a senior living resort. No real activities on the property. Although my friend and I tried to make the best of it, I would not return nor recommend it. This definitely shouldn’t be called a resort.

Been going for 20 years.
Last year the food was top notch. This year it didn't make average. Easy walk to town for good food.
