Very noisy room. Very kind receprionists.

We will skip all the other issues about this place, which have been clarified in so many reviews before, because the most shameful thing is ' the staff'. Two ladies, one who doesn't even catch a word of English and she was quite proud about it (?) And she seemed not to be able to speak her own french language or maybe too lazy to pay attention to guests like us, who actually paid to stay here and she should be thankful because she has a job because of us! The other one,angry and snarly all the time. Whatever you ask they are bothered, if you say hello they are bothered as they are on the phone clearly for personal calls. It is surely not nice checking in and find two ladies minding their own business, clearly not happy to see you. Hey guys! People pay for the stay! There are many other places where service and kindness are offered...we are sure many of us will opt for somewhere else. Before the manager copy and paste the same old disk just like for the million of reviews like this they received ....think about the fact that you keep making the same mistakes...you clearly don't care. This is what ruins hospitality industry...and you can believe us, as we also run a hotel where first thing is courtesy and respect...and English is not our first language too. Sad

My family stayed here July 10-11. I will preface this by saying I am an Accor gold member and stay at a fair amount of Accor properties. Upon arrival we went straight to the parking. I rang the bell - no one answered, but they opened the park I f garage door and I drove down. We have a C4 Grand Picasso and it was very tight to get the car into the car park due to a steep descent and awkward turning angle to enter the parking. Upon checking in and putting our bags in the room, we left to go find dinner. Upon exiting the parking we quickly realized it would be nearly impossible to exit the parking because of the size of our vehicle and awkward exit angle couple with a steep ascent this time. We ended up scraping the car against the wall and heavily damaging the passenger side door. The wall to exit the garage was completely marked up from the many other vehicles that have inevitable scraped up against the wall. We asked to speak to management and he told us that while our car was on the larger side - normally it was in the correct and acceptable size for using the car park. He said reception should have warned us about the car size and car park size - which is normally their policy, but however was not communicated to us. No apology - no offer to reimburse room or any other commercial gesture was made other than him looking at our car and making these comments. Rooms are OK. You get what you pay for quality wise, but the cleanliness was lacking compared to many other Accor properties (ibis included) that we have stayed at.

Je pensais que les années 90 étaient terminé mais à priori pas dans cet établissement. Franchement louer une chambre à 125€ la nuit pour bénéficier d’un lit simple dans une chambre de 10m2 c’est une honte. Même pas de boisson d’accueil ; de café ou thé alors que désormais ça se fait partout. Hotel très bruyant Franchement dirigez vous vers un AirBnB vous économisez de l’argent et du confort

Una noche esta ok. Es un hotel de habitaciones pequeñas, alejado del centro y con estacionamiento propio. Limpio, de espacios minúsculos en las habitaciones y casi sin lugar para el equipaje. Deberás trasladarte unos 4 km para las actividades principales de Annecy lo que son 10 minutos en auto o casi 30 en transporte público.

En déplacement sur Annecy j'ai séjourné dans cet hotel. Il est très bien et l'equipe agreable. Le lit etait super confortable. La localisation etait parfaite pour moi : proche du centre d'annecy et tout les commerces nécessaire juste a côté ! Très bien !

L'hotel è moderno e confortevole, noi eravamo in una camera family e anche in 5 siamo stati comodi. Letti con topper e cuscini soffici, asciugamani per tutti e 5, cosa che capita di rado purtroppo! Abbastanza pulito (nonostante un fazzoletto usato sotto al letto) e profumato, sia in stanza sia nelle aree comuni. Sala colazione molto molto piccola, strutturata su diversi livelli, quindi un po' scomoda nel complesso. Colazione buona, non molto varia ma con un po' di tutto, rifornita anche a ridosso dell'orario di chiusura. Un po' disorganizzata la reception, ma sono sempre state pronte a risolvere i problemi, quindi ok. Posizione a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, che si raggiunge comodamente con una passeggiata tranquilla, si trova in una zona residenziale un po' decentrata. Ho visto comunque che passano diversi bus, che però non è stato necessario usare. Garage sotterraneo con ingresso molto molto stretto e soprattutto bassissimo, la nostra Jeep Compass ci è passata al pelo. Nel complesso un ottimo compromesso visto il prezzo

Très contente de mon séjour. L’hôtel très propre, Personnel souriant et chaleureux ça fait plaisir. Ils n’ont pas hésité à nous conseiller les bons plans de visite également ça fait toujours plaisir. Très bon rapport qualité / prix Je recommande A 100%

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble équipe disponible et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.bonne décoration des chambres on a été surclassé dans une très grande chambre merci pour cela à la jeune fille de l'accueil
