I gave a $150.00 deposit on check in. On check out their machine was down so they asked if they could process it manually, taking 3-5 business days. I should have refused to leave without the money they owed me. They offered no form of reimbursement for the hassle or what it cost me to wait a week. Then after the 5 days I went back and they didn't have it, but promised it the next day. Then I went back AGAIN and they promised it the next day. It has now been 14 days. I have literally been waiting two weeks for something I was supposed to receive back immediately and I needed that money very badly. I refurbish furniture and not being able to buy any with that $ has cost me hundreds in profit. They just gave me the runaround and blamed the credit company that handles the debit machine. I explained that it's THEIR choice to deal with that vendor, personally I did not entrust my deposit to the vendor, I entrusted it to TRAVELLODGE and it's their responsibility to return it but they took absolutely ZERO responsibility. The lack of reimbursement, accountability or effort to resolve the problem is appalling. I'll never stay there again.
