The location is a bit far from Gatwick, need to call a taxi and quite expensive. Other than that the service is great

Excellent upon arrival was upgraded without asking. absolutely wonderful gesture, staff was 110% wonderful helpful people all thru the stay.

The best option to stay in London from Gatwick. The staff so kind, educated and always friendly. They checked all the time our stay necessities. Help us with an extra sofa bed, I will appreciate it all the rest of my life. The breakfast are amazing options, excellent quality, good taste and comfortable into the salon.
Very near to the airport (access), big rooms and amenities are higher level than I have seen in Europe.

From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly and supportive staff, who went that extra mile to make our stay absolutely perfect. Would recommend to anyone using Gatwick Airport. The bed was so comfortable, everything spotless. I would struggle to find anything negative to say about the hotel.
