Very clean. Everything was in good condition. You can take easily bus to crawly broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely room beds & bedding nice & clean the hotel has had a refurb looks lovely now,stayed for one night food good.Was nice they had a vegetarian option for dinner. Everyone very helpful & friendly too. Nice big TV in our room,bathroom lovely & clean.

Hotel was modern and clean , staff were not at all Welcoming or friendly. Theyforgot to tell us at booking that to park your car overnight it’s an extra 25.00 !! Cooked Breakfast was un edable , absolutely disgusting ! Would definitely not stay there again in

Great hotel near Gatwick Airport. Stylish and modern design. Comfortable nights sleep. Excellent food. Everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. We will be recommending to friends and family. Definitely our airport hotel of choice now for our future travels.

Lovely decorated and new hotel however if you don’t like your mattress to be hard then don’t book this one. Very uncomfortable mattress, surely they would have invested in good mattresses considering it’s a new build? Bad night sleep, would not book again,

The hotel has recently been fully refurbished after a fire, and they've done a brilliant job! Very comfy accessible room with a huge bathroom. Room was a bit too cool but we got that fixed. Good disabled parking, nice bar and decent hot food. Staff are lovely! So nice I'm back next week!

Stayed here on business , took my breath away with the whole experience, from the minute I got there I felt valued as a guest , the attention to detail in every area of this hotel was spectacular! All new and clean , staff welcoming and eager to please Food was delicious I had the hangry burger highly recommend Room was stylish clean with a massive tv Shower was hot and most importantly the bed was comfortable I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning Thank you Simon and team Gina

Excellent service lovely hotel.Car parking good.You can watch the planes from upstairs bar in the hotel.Would use again.Staff very helpful excellent customer service.Good location for London Heathrow

It’s perfectly located for the Airport or surrounding business parks, priced reasonably so don’t expect an a la carte service and vallet parking. Why I score this a three is the beds and pillows were rock hard and didn’t help my stay a bit. I woke unrested and not refreshed due the the bed situation. Breakfast was ok, enough for all tastes and appetites. I’m back in Gatwick and typing this from a competitor hotel room avoiding a repeat. I would invite management to spend a night and when done so - change the beds, you will loose repeat business.
