Honestly I was disappointed. It wasn’t walkable from the airport as I was led to believe by the website. The pillows weren’t comfortable and the walls were thin and porous.

酒店距離倫敦蓋特維克機場駕車大約15分鐘，有酒店巴士的送機服務，單程5磅，房間大小適中，酒店早餐還可以，整體還算可以。

Me and my sister got stuck and London and needed a place last min to stay so we stayed here. Great service nice and affordable! I would definitely stay here again and very close to Gatwick! The room was comfortable and had water and tea available and they were very helpful.

Great hotel, with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Gatwick airport with travel to and from the terminals every 10 minutes. Breakfast was very tasty and was served from the kitchen in no time. I have stayed here a few times now when flying out and would definitely recommend.

Overall the hotel was very good. The facilities are of a high standard and the rooms very clean and well equipped. I’m not sure how the staff would cope though if they were really busy because it was quiet when we were in the public areas and service was slow/mediocre. Also for business travel the inability of the bar/restaurant to provide a VAT receipt for food and drink is pretty poor.

Clean hotel and nice rooms. Price is right since we are in London. Nice staff ! Starbucks and gym included. Only note is the fact that the restaurant closes very early 21:30. A lot of people can check in at later times and may need to eat a warm meal
