Crescent Head Holiday Park

The location is fantastic. Great beaches for walking, fishing, surfing. Safe swimming for everyone in the river. Incredibly beautiful spot Staff need training in customer service. Arrived 29th Feb 2024, I went into the office to check in around lunch time, the 2 female staff were both on the phone, a young lady finished her call and then served me. She obviously did not want to be there, had a serious attitude problem, I could only understand half of what she mumbled, we guessed the other half after we set up. I was made to feel unwelcome and a hinderance. Both girls were not helpful. I ran my business for over 20 years, and if my staff treated my customers this way, they would NOT be with me for very long. Amenities are disappointing, the toilets are old, but clean, the park is run down and long over due for a refit. Staff must remember that the a lot of the people they are rude and dismissive too have done the hard yards, and probably know a thing or two. We should not be treated this way, after all with no travelers staff have no job.

A great 3 night getaway for a wedding. An excellent location within walking distance of everything. Lovely location on the water. We had a basic bungalow with queen bed and triple bunks. It was very basic but all that we needed. Nice little inclusions such as amenities and biscuits with the tea and coffee. Great food outlets on site and the caravan and tent sites are pet friendly. I would definitely stay again. The park was very busy so testament to a great spot. Staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Access to beach and creek. Beautiful walks and ocean on the doorstep. No boats or jetskis just serenity and family friendly. We were upgraded due to whitegoods breakdown and were absolutely grateful for the surprise upgrade as we list perishables. The ocean cabins are just beautiful and relaxing. The only thing i could fault was not enough serving dishes or bowls.

Location is everything & this is the highlight of this camp ground. Easy walk to the town/ club, beach & creek. Amenities were clean although dated & the site pads are in need of repair/ replacement. The surf reserve is an easy walk and the views from little Nobby are spectacular.

Be careful if booking a Lakeside cabin as not all are lake side , this was a disappointment as we had vans in front of us , beach was amazing

We had a 2 night stay in cabin 23 at this site. The unit was faultless, very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The manners of the staff could be improved as they were a little off hand with me and brusque with my genuine enquiries. The only drawback to our stay is that our second vehicle was not permitted into the park. We had to park in this small car park in the town of Crescent Head. Thankfully our car was not damaged . Yes, I would stay again as the location id excellent.

Was amazing place have always loved Crescent Head changed alot since i had been there. Weather was bad but overall great. Staff were nice maybe supply a bit more amenities for guests. Would stay again. 😍👌

The staff were awfully rude to my partner and I when we asked if we could book another campsite. They were nasty and patronising, for no reason. All the trees in the campground have also been chopped down. We would not recommend camping here. There are more beautiful campgrounds a few minutes south.

We stopped in Beautiful Villa with all the comforts home. It was very clean with great furniture and Bed was excellent. Balcony. A big plus for people with dogs is that you can now bring a big dog in
