We were winging it after a long day driving from Monopoli in Puglia, with no accommodation booked, what a delight to get last room at Franco’s place 👍😊, lovely welcoming feel and family vibe, even some home made cake, wish we could’ve stayed longer 🇦🇺✅❤️😊

I came for one night and stayed for three. The room, which is spacious, warm (even in February), tastefully and well-furnished with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine has a lovely view out over the garden to the sea. By the way, there is air conditioning in the room for summer. Outside the room is a covered terrace with a space for the room with a table and chairs, cleverly designed so its not overlooked by other rooms. The garden is full of interesting plants and designed as small rooms, with unusual containers for all the plants squeezed in.....Handbags, old coffee makers, pots, cups etc. Everything repurposed! Breakfast is delicious...I chose savoury and had great bread, parma ham and cheese. As well there is yogurt, cereal, and other pastries in the room. A large slice of homemade cake is delivered every afternoon, made freshly each day by the owner's aunt. Very good Wifi and TV. Parking is within the property and secure and easy. The area is a quiet residential one, with a nice walk along the seafront or beach to the town centre. The bathroom is large with a great shower, bidet and radio. In a month of travelling around Italy, this has to be the best place I have stayed, and it's excellent value...and they allow dogs for a small extra charge. The staff and owner are professional and friendly and are on site, immediately available for any difficulties.

È il terzo anno che ci torniamo. Siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti. Camere grandi e accessoriate. Pulizia ottima. Il posto è molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al mare e alla città. Parcheggio interno e giardino. Tutto il personale molto cordiale. Insomma per noi eccellente e ovviamente ci torneremo.

Ho occupato la stanzetta belvedere,una vista surreale alberi,fiori e mare. Tranquilla,silenziosa,accogliente. Posto auto coperto,giardino carinissimo pieno di sole ,di verde,di ombra,di sdraio e di sedie,curatissimo nei particolari e negli arredi.

Ottima location in posizione panoramica. Buona pulizia e confort, la camera era molto ampia con vista sul mare. La struttura è dotata dì parcheggio privato interno e questo è molto apprezzabile. La zona residenziale è molto silenziosa. Siamo stati molto bene.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura davanti al mare. Siamo una coppia che viaggiamo molto e siamo rimasti folgorati dalla pulizia della camera e del servizio fornito dalla gentilissima Antonella. Compreso nel prezzo una colazione abbondante e buonissima. Consigliamo vivamente. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Waren für 2 Nächte auf Durchreise dort. Herzlicher Empfang vom Gastgeber, der uns alles erklärt hat und uns gefragt hat, was wir gerne frühstücken, da er schon ahnte, dass wir Deutsche nicht nur Süsskram zum Frühstück mögen. Es gibt dort für 2 Zimmer einen Frühstücksraum und eine Gemeinschaftsküche, selbst der Kühlschrank ist mit den Zimmernamen ( wir hatten das Luna) unterteilt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich mit ganz vielen Dekos, dass sich durch alle Räumlichkeiten zieht, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das einzig negative war die Dusche im Bad, so etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen ! Man geht in die Kabine und kann fast gar nicht die Tür schließen, weil so eng. Duschkabinen in Wohnmobile sind riesig gross im Vergleich 😁 irgendwie schafften wir es trotzdem uns zu duschen🤪 das Schönste von Allem ist der wirklich mit viel Liebe hergerichtete Garten, mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Man sitzt unter Zitronen-, Aprikosen- und Feigenbäume. Dort kann man mit einem guten Vino den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Auto steht auf dem mit Tor verschlossenen Grundstück.

Camera graziosissima e confortevole, vista mare, pulizia ottima letto comodo, ambiente luminoso, entrata in camera con codice digitalizzato, parcheggio. Gestore garbatissimo. Coccole: un cioccolatino sugli asciugamani in dotazione.

Tutto molto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Disponibilità da parte dell'host nonostante un nostr ritardo sull'orario di arrivo. Ottime le torte della colazione. Splendido il panorama con vista sulla città.
