I was a guest from canada and even though i booked the room for 2 they i sisted to my girlfriend and her family they were not allowed in my room, even to use the washroom while visiting in the common areas.

A lot of traffic noise. The water in the shower wasn't really warm . The beds were not soft at all. The staff was personable. Not much English. The breakfast was great the pool was nice but not deep. The jacuzzi wasn't warm . Overall a good stay

Muy buena ubicación, a pasos del centro comercial Ventura plaza, excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, muy rica la comida del restaurant que está dentro del recinto, el desayuno delicioso y contundente, las camas muy cómodas y las habitación super confortables, superó mis expectativas!

Hotel muy malo. Desayuno igual todos los 4 dias. No ponen toallas de mano ni shampoo, la toalla de pies parece un limpión de cocina.
La cerradura de entrada dañada, sanitario sin agua.
El ultimo día pusiero toallas pequeñas como de manos, dos dias solicité jabon porque solo colocaron 2 en la habity éramos 3

La ubicación excelente, la decoración vintage adorable, tiene piscina y jacuzzi, el desayuno modesto pero apetecible, la atención de los muchachos de recepción maravillosa, el joven Jeffer nuestra mano derecha. Sigan con esa calidad humana!
