Excellent location, the view of the historic center is wonderful, it has common areas, spa, mini gym, parking, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. Very varied breakfast and the attention of all its staff made us feel at home.

Me hospedé en Septiembre 2022 ,habitación agradable , pero no nos agradó el desayuno sencillo , en comparación a otros hoteles para el precio que cobran deben mejorarlo al 100% , el mesero que nos atendió poco servicial , tuve que solicitarle margarina porque no habían colocado, además hubo demora en la atención y requería ir a mi trabajo. Me he hospedado en otros hoteles de Cuenca y con ese precio dan desayuno buffet. Visito Cuenca cada mes por trabajo y eso hizo que en los siguientes meses solicite no me reserven en ese hotel.

El hotel está buen ubicado. Es bonito, la habitación es amplia, baño amplio. Excelente limpieza. Parqueo propio. Debe mejorar el desayuno, es poco y se acaba rápido. Me parece un poco caro para lo que es el hotel en si. Ya que hay hoteles que por ese precio tienes muchos más beneficios y mejores desayunos.
