If you are looking for an interesting and reasonably budget friendly hotel in Cuenca, the Hotel Inca Real is a great choice. Its location (2 blocks from Plaza Calderon) is perfect. The staff is as friendly and helpful as they come. Its multiple courtyards, that run along a long axis, are bright and inviting. You might get fancier breakfasts elsewhere, but you’ll pay quite a bit more for them (and the made to order omelettes at Inca Royal quite good). One reviewer complained about the coffee. OK, it’s from a conventional coffee maker, but it wasn’t at all bad when I was there. Another reviewer complained about noise. The rooms can be noisy. The walls are hard and our room (8b) did not keep the noise from getting in. But at night, when we wanted to sleep, it was as quiet as anyone could have wished. We slept really well while we were there.

This is the place you want to be. Older colonial style with a lot of history. So close to everything. Plazas, restaurants, museums and churches. Breakfast is a buffet style. Hot hot water showers. Huge rooms. The staff was so helpful with making our stay enjoyable.

El servicio es excelente!! Todxs lxs empleadxs nos trataron muy bien - estaban atentxs a todas nuestras necesidades. La comida era muy rica y tuvieron en cuenta las restricciones alimenticias (no lácteos ni carne). Las camas eran cómodas, los baños limpios y tenían todos los muebles necesarios. Lo único malo eran los sonidos de un motor a lo lejos y de los otros huéspedes lo cual hacía que el descanso no sea tan bueno.

Très bel hôtel au centre de Cuenca beaucoup de charme et très confortable accueil impeccable ainsi que le déjeuner petit manque peut-être il y a pas de produit de douche hormis de savon mais ce n'est pas très grave vraiment recommandé le patron est un basque espagnol qui parle très bien français

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in derAltstadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen gute Tipps für Restaurants und Besichtigungen. Die nette Dame von der Rezeption hat uns eine tolle Stadtführung vermittelt. Unser Zimmer hatte Fenster in den Innenhof. So war es leise. Nur die Beleuchtung hat etwas gestört, da die Vorhänge nicht abgedunkelt haben. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad schien noch recht neu zu sein. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une très grande chambre avec deux lits doubles mais je sais que ce n’était pas le cas de tous les membres du groupe, certains ont eu une toute petite cellule avec aucune place pour poser les valises. L’hôtel est charmant avec ses jolis patios mais il est vrai que c’est bruyant jusqu’à tard le soir. La salle de bain mériterait d’être rénovée. Très bonne situation géographique en plein centre ville. Buffet de petit déjeuner bien garni. Restaurant correct. Nous avons eu un peu froid, il n’y a pas de système de chauffage.
