The stall, location and hotel were excellent. I highly recommend the place.
The only recommendation I have is that it would be great if you guys can add a sign by the road. Google maps take you to el Tech de Monterrey and then to the Plaza right next to the hotel.

Visited Culiacan for a friend's wedding, and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff - they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff called us taxis each day, and arranged for transportation to Mazatlan after our flight plans changed. The front desk staff spoke English. Humaya restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The other highlight of the property was the M Club lounge (for Bonvoy Platinum and above). The lounge was well stocked with delicious food and beverages, and attendants were very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel is Brand New, so that was excellent. But because is new, lots of things were not ready yet. Pool didn’t work, staff was not enough and they were not trained for the job, I hope eventually they will get there.

El hotel está muy bien, limpio y muy bien ubicado junto al centro comercial la Ceiba.
La único es que se tardaban un poco en hacer la habitación.
Pero todo lo demás muy bien
El restaurante Humaya que está ahí es delicioso
