Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Book a Premier room. Room size is quite comfortably spacious.
Toilet is too translucent so abit awkward. Pillow is too soft.
Hotel lobby has is warm not sure if the aircon is switch on. Upon return back to hotel on late night, the lights at the lift area are turned off, which I feel it uncomfortable about it. Buffet breakfast variety were ok but not so great as I felt the food are cold. Nevertheless, the location and staff service are great.

The location has nice views but you will need to take a grab to the beach area (10 mins away).

There is only one plug socket on one side of the bed.
The design of the light switches are just awful, I really don't understand who designs the layout of switches. Totally unnecessary, confusing and impractical.
Mini bar not restocked after drinking juice.
You can hear people in the next room so if you are sensitive to noise, ask to be put in a room away from families / large groups.

I understand that not everyone will be satisfied with this stay but I got what I paid for.
My room was cleaner than I expected, checked in almost 2h earlier, got my wish for high for granted, and paid a reasonable price for 4 nights.
The girl staffs were very nice, the night staff is a big lacking with communication.
The bed is normal for Vietnamese people and I had no problems sleeping on it, so don’t expect the same fluffy beds from western countries.

I give 5 stars for all the above said, beach is perfect , swiming pool amazing , the staff very freindely and good location , not noisy at night and really relaxing trip . Hoghly recommended.
Small story about my umbrella , i used the hotel ambrella to go to da na Hill trip as it was expected to rain but lucky was not raining day , i lost the ambrella during the day , it is long ambrella and could not put inside a bag .
Hôtel charges 600.000 . So if you want to go out don’t worry , several place selling ambrella for cheap also at any touristique area , no need to use the hotel ambrella

Hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, location not bad, breakfast is good with many varieties.
Staff are not flexible enough, on the day of checking out, we just asked for one bottle of water (we were a group of 6 persons, just wanted 1 bottle) but were rejected.
Hotel helped us to book a van to the airport pick up at 3pm (our flight 5:30pm), but did not showed up until 3:20pm so we finally called grab but they wasted us almost half an hour ( I knew hotel staff helped to push the driver but driver was unreliable and didn't show up).

We stayed for 5 nights. This is a fairly new hotel. The room is big and clean. Our room faces the beach. We could watch sunrise from our room. The service staff are very friendly and helpful but a few of them don’t understand much English making it difficult to understand each other in queries. The daily breakfast spread is simply amazing. It has a wide variety of food including local and Korean/ Japanese dishes. The downside is that this hotel is not on the beach. We had to cross the road to get to the beach. The swimming pool of level 27 is small. Surprising for a new hotel. There is no body lotion in the room. The lovely surprise is that there is free afternoon tea for guests daily from 2 to 5pm. We went once and had a relaxing moment.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about.
Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain.
Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach.
Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach.
Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs.
Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. I definitely recommend you stay here and I will definitely will revisit again.

CColinIt's close to the beach and you can walk out of the hotel to the beach. This location in Da Nang is really unbeatable!
There are many restaurants nearby, many of which are open until midnight, so there is no need to get hungry.
The hotel facilities are very new.
The floor is relatively low, maybe because of its location by the beach.

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

The view from their rooftop swimming pool is panaromic and provides a stunning view of the city, the beach and the mountains.
The hotel staffs are friendly, service - oriented and helpful.
Breakfast is included in their rates which is a good value for money.
The view from my room that is at the high floor is great view.
I enjoy my stay here at this hotel and highly recommended this hotel.

The location is great! Walk 5 mins to the beach. Many beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.
You can book an excursion to Ba Na Hills. It's worth it.
Now let's talk about the cons.
And the first one is the room condition. It's old. There are several cracks on the wall. And you also can hear any sound, the walls are too thin. We heard like a cockroach crawling in the ceiling.
The breakfast is not a good thing as well. There's little choice and the taste is just ok. Don't pay for it and go to have breakfast at the near by coffee shops.

If you’re just looking for a dormitory, probably OK. 1) The fact that they don’t have power supply to the rooms without the key card installed (they only offered one), means your laptop, power bank, camera gear, etc. will not be charged when you return to the room. 2) the Internet is unusable inside the room, forget a video conference or a FaceTime call to your loved ones. Forget getting that spreadsheet or business document for tomorrow’s important meeting. 3) Bring earplugs. You might get jolted from your bed at six in the morning from the guests in adjacent rooms that like to scream back-and-forth at each other while preparing for their whatever, tourist vacation, excursion, etc. Extra points for the shrieking kid with the temper tantrum. I have never seen such a grandiose display of banging screaming and crying for more than one hour. Putting the pillow over your head isn’t going to help, folks. Extra extra points for this happening two days in a row. Other than that, the staff are affable, the venue seems OK, although I didn’t check out much (word is there may be a pool here), I just went there to sleep as I couldn’t work there. And very little sleep it was.

GGuest UserClean, comfortable hotel…. Polite & friendly staff on reception , housekeeping and dining area….. food choices are plentiful and fresh…. Located close to the beach within easy walking distance of the main town/ market / Dragon bridge area…… lovely hotel and very reasonably priced…. This is our second visit to Da Nang and had no hesitation booking the Fivitel Queen ….. can not fault the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff throughout from reception, waiting staff, porters, housekeeping….. will be back again and 100 % recommend to others ….. well done Fivitel on all you provide to your guests ❤️

GGuest UserBooked a room here on October 10th 2022. Short review: 1) Bugs in the bed. 2) No soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂

AAzmalClean room, everything I need is there except for the iron facility. Few staff can speak understand simple english but that's not a problem. There is a AU mart nearby. The hotel situated in a less busy area from downtown Dan Nang.
