Had a great stay! Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean! Great location walking distance to restaurants and the beach (only a couple minute walk to beach)

Nice and clean hotel. The price is very reasonable. It just happen that I think they missed our booking, so when we arrived late, our special request was not granted. They tried to be nice though throughout our stay. The breakfast is good for the price.

Pleasant experience to stay at this place.
Staff is super cool. Managing people are there for you all this time. All the people here are just nice.
Breakfast is quite well. Some things just for your request.
Location is like one minute from the beach.
WiFi is just working as you may expect.
Just one thing. Smell in the bathroom.

Mercy Emerald was a lovely stay for me. Very clean, which is most important for me when booking a hotel. Brian and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and made a real effort for the guests. The breakfast was also surprisingly good considering the price of the hotel, so I was very happy with that too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Service was excellent. Very helpful staff. The hot water in the shower took a little while to warm up but other than that it was a great stay.

Phòng hơi nhỏ còn mọi thứ đều oki. Nhân viên nhiệt tình niềm nở với khách hàng. Đồ ăn ngày 2 hợp khẩu vị với mình hơn ngày 1.

아이와 함께 13일 일정중 다낭 3개 호이안2개 호텔을 이용했고
그 중 5번째 호텔입니다.
한국에서 전일정 미리 호텔을 예약하고 간게 아니어서 어딜 가야할지
고민하던 차에 현지 드라이버가 추천해줬습니다.
이번여행중 이용한 호텔은 모두 올해 새로 오픈한 호텔을 갔어요.
모든 호텔 컨디션도 좋고 친절히 응대해주는 직원이 좋았습니다.
다시 오면 분명 날 기억해줄거 같다 느낌이 Mercy Emerald에서 느껴졌습니다.
전 직원들 이름을 다 알고 오지 못한게 아쉬워요.
Emily는 5개 호텔중 유일하게 한국말로 "안녕하세요!"인사해 줬습니다. 어찌나 방긋 웃는게 예쁜지요..
조금 긴 여행은 피곤할때도 있는데 그녀의 인사는 그런 피곤함을 없애주었어요.
검정뿔테 안경쓰신 남자 직원은 아이에게 다정한 목소리로
"안녕"이라고 인사해주고요..
조식당 SAM은 엄마도 잘 챙겨주지 못하는 8살 아이 잘 도와주고
배려해줘서 수줍음 많은 아이는 식사 끝날때 마다
케첩으로 감사 표시를 하고 왔어요.
깨끗하고 위치 좋은 곳이고, 매일 2번씩 비치에 가서 실컷 놀고 씻을때 마다 느낀점은 샤워기 수압이 5개 호텔중 가장 좋았다는 거에요.
"쏴아아!!" 시원하게 나와요.
8층에서 지냈는데 도로 소음, 옆방 소음 별로 느끼지 못했고
날씨 좋은 날 찍어본 사진으로도 뷰는 괜찮은듯해요.
조식은 끝날 시간에 가서 인지 모르겠지만
과일이 종류도 양도 부족했어요.
시간 잘 맞춰 가면 골고루 잘 먹을수 있을거 같습니다
어떤 리뷰처러 새 호텔이라 가구 냄새 나긴했는데
들고 나갈때 창문 환기 시키고 에어컨 켜놓으니 (상시운전가능)
불편한거 없었어요.
친절함과 세심함으로 진심을 다하는 직원들이 있는 곳이니
망설이지 않고 가보셔도 됩니다.
