I enjoyed my stay very much! Comfortable bedding, modern fixtures, 2 streets from beach, free water dispenser, and bonus is the washer/ dryer on the top floor for laundry! There’s a lift and 2 terraces where you can hang your clothes outside or indoors. Mai was very sweet and helpful with all our requests (we extended our stay more than once and she helped with booking and printing our train tickets to Hué). The only thing is there is some construction around so some noise (but not really bothersome when you keep the windows shut), and the rooms I stayed in are fully or partially blocked due to a container right beside (especially for the rooms ending with 2 or 3), so take note esp if you get room 22 or 32, there is little to no light. However this did not bother me much as I enjoyed the location very much, considering the fantastic price point and value, and tons of amazing local food on the same street! Would repeat!

I booked at Casa Rosa for a couple of nights and landed up staying on for 3 months. these rooms are perfect, cute, neat, clean, quiet, spacious, and have everything one could need. Beautiful views of everything: the city, the Son Tra mountains, and the ocean from the well-kept and flowery rooftop. The landlord is amazing! so friendly, welcoming and so helpful - anything you need he has it, including affordable bike rental, my boyfriend and I enjoyed every minute of Casa Rosa's hospitality and will definitely be back - Thank you, Casa Rosa :)
