Worst hotel I’ve been. We gave our clothes for a washing and they turned the whites into blue. The laundry didn’t take any responsibility about it and didn’t know how to deal with customers. Not even tried to recompense in some way and keep on arguing the clothes were not faded when it was crystal clear. The facilities were not good, the room smelled humidity and was not the one showed in booking.

From the warm hospitality to the stunning surroundings, Star City surpassed all expectations, making it an unforgettable experience. The hotel's dining options were nothing short of extraordinary. From the sumptuous buffet breakfast, offering a wide array of local and international delicacies, to the delectable dishes served at their specialty restaurants, every meal was a culinary delight.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I chose this location because it’s convenient and if you want to join tours, most will pick you up from this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe right next door that I ended up going to every morning too.

The hotel has the best view in Danang with the nicest staff and room. Breakfast with delicious local dishes, the room was very clean and cozy. Staff are so friendly and cooperative. I will come back here with my family for next occasion. Highly recommend

Pésima experiencia, no volvería, el hotel no se parece el de las fotos, no aparecen en Google así que nos dejan sin poder dejarles una reseña , hemos confiado dejándoles nuestra ropa nueva blanca para lavar y nos han de vuelto todo azul , y nadie se hace cargo no nos devuelven el dinero

Khách sạn giá ổn, vị trí n*** sông Hàn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình đón tiếp và hỗ trợ bạn mình tìm các quán ăn ngon ở Đà Nẵng. Mình và bạn đặt 2 đêm phòng view sông , giá khá ổn và phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Khách sạn cơ bản đầy đủ dịch vụ như giặt sấy, cho thuê xe máy và đặt vé tour bà nà. Khu vực xung quanh mình thấy khá yên tĩnh, có thể đến biển chỉ 5 phút đi xe máy.
