This is a villa complex, with four villas, two of which have been split into two apartments. They have been built to a very high standard. The whole complex can sleep 28 people plus there’s a small studio on site for a further 2 guests. There’s a lovely pool in the centre of the villas with the apartments / villas facing into. Our villa also had a lovely roof terrace plus there’s a small patio outside of the main door, great for watching the early morning sunrise. We had two bedrooms in our 1st floor apartment; 1 with king sized bed and one other twin bedded room which we didn’t use. Plus two bathrooms, one of which was en-suite to the master bedroom. There was a good shower, I found the bed comfy but my partner found it quite firm. There is a kitchen / lounge / dining area with TV (although we didn’t use). The kitchen is fairly well equipped but we didn’t dine in so didn’t attempt to cook as such but you could. There’s a decent sized fridge freezer plus a separate water cooler so you have everything you need. The villas do have Wi-Fi but it was patchy and sometimes not available so it’s advisable to buy a SIM for your phone. Rio and his family (who look after the villas for the owners) are on hand to help with any issues and he is very friendly. There’s also a communal washing machine which guests can use. Although the villas are away from the centre of Dahab you can easily catch a taxi into town or better still hire a bike (as we did) and cycle in and out of town. Although you do get a bit of road noise, once inside the gate, the villas provide a calming, relaxed place to stay with views of both sea and mountains. I’d recommend earplugs as we found the air conditioner in the bedroom was a little noisy, plus it takes care of any background road noise. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay at the Villas and would definitely recommend.
