Hotel jest bardzo dobry, mówi się, że jest tylko jedenaście pokoi, zaleca się zameldowanie~ Dzień przed zameldowaniem brat kamerdyner podjął inicjatywę skontaktowania się i poinformowania o lokalizacji parkingu hotelu.Ponieważ przywieźliśmy 2 pudła, kamerdyner w zamyśleniu wyjechał z samochodu, aby go przywitać ~ cała obsługa była bardzo ciepła i wygodna. W hotelu jest bezpłatna pralnia, która jest idealna dla podróżujących znajomych, a po praniu będzie porządnie poskładana, chwalę 👍! Najważniejsze jest to, że sceneria hotelu jest przepiękna! Tak jak wcześniej widziałam w książce Xiaomou, zachód słońca jest jeszcze piękniejszy~ Swoją drogą śniadanie je się też na tarasie~ Można usiąść na plaży Erhai i zjeść śniadanie na huśtawce, jest super🉑️ Warto wspomnieć, że kiedy wyjeżdżałem, dwaj bracia kamerdynerzy entuzjastycznie pomogli wnieść bagaże na parking~ Podarowali też tort z kwiatami na pamiątkę~ Zresztą bardzo dobrze, można iść następnym razem, jest bardzo zalecane~

Wokół hotelu znajduje się bezpłatny parking, mój brat jest bardzo entuzjastyczny i pomaga odebrać bagaże do hotelu.

The service was exceptional! We had a personal butler who was super helpful and responsive to all the requests we had. She also helped us to arrange for a car service to explore the attractions that we wanted to see in Dali. The hotel was modern, clean and centrally located in the heart of the ancient town. There are also some really nice photo spots and they provided snacks for us to feed the seagulls. Although there were insects that flew into the room at night, we asked for assistance and the staff promptly came to clean it up. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend others to stay here!

Hotel located in the middle of shuanglang street, easy access to stores and cafes. Room have a nice scenery, breakfast is huge and they gave us gift at the end of our stay. Overall is a nice experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, directed heavily to Chinese customers. The service was very very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed and were extremely nice and polite, always smiling which is something I don't see here often. The views from the room were incredible, everything was very clean and the hihh tea was very nice.. Some things I would improve, breakfast... I definetely not up to the price. And I was quite surprised by the amount of people taking photos, if I wouldn't have booked a room with private view and terrace I wouldn't have been really annoyed by the people having photoshoot at all times ruining the view. But that doesn't take from the experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
