The service here is really amazing and this hotel is highly accommodating to travellers' needs! From the minute that we arrived at the gate to Shuanglang, the butler was already waiting for us to transport out luggage in. The tea time snacks and fruits were freshly prepared and fabulous. As for the room, it had french influences and the amenities were of good quality! There was everything necessary and the butler replies whenever he could, super attentive individualistic service. I greatly appreciate this hotel!
Views wise needless to say it's as good as it can ever be~

Superb services but try not to stay at lv 1, as hotel guests can see into your room. Breakfast is good too

首先房間的設計讓我不太理解 床頭對着洗臉池，動作大一點會濺到床上。
洗手間和浴室的推拉門很也不好拉。
白色抱枕黑乎乎的，感覺好評都是刷出來的 放水櫃子的門也關不嚴，衣櫃裏面的還有字。
11月客流量少，一千多的房間應該也算是還可以了。但房間就好像簡裝的樣板間。晚上也周邊唱歌的聲音也有點吵，睡眠不好的人不建議來。第一次對攜程感到失望，四點多的評分我真不知道怎麼來的😅唯一讓我覺得比較滿意的就是小哥的服務

酒店環境非常好，服務也很不錯，管家小鮑服務特別好，小鮑管家還給免費升級了房間，會提前幫忙準備下午茶入住前檢查房間，晚上還有晚安甜湯，服務海景體驗都拉滿了，走的時候還送了伴手禮，還幫忙把行李送到了停車場，下次還來這裏住，體驗特別不錯，管家和前台小姐姐都特別禮貌！

我們都一致認為住的非常的整潔乾淨，後來和小鮑聊天才知道請的客房阿姐打掃很細緻而且小鮑會在我們入住前開好空調檢查房間細節衞生。很滿意的是雖然下雨但是洗澡的水温不涼，然後洗浴工具齊全，因為是帶着長輩來玩的，我爸爸也特別喜歡房間的景觀，還有小陽台可以坐外面喝喝茶，覺得給旅途增添了不少歡樂。

酒店硬件設施一般，畢竟屬於民宿類，光看硬件是跟價格不特別匹配，可是！！！位置值得！入住的幾個早晨和傍晚拉開窗簾或者在一樓用餐區看着外面波光粼粼的湖面發呆，這個錢花的心甘情願，是私享的美景。酒店好幾處都很出片，可以安排約拍拍出大片！特別是管家小鮑的服務，細緻負責，幫忙拿行李，提前準備下午茶，路線有問必答，給了我們非常好的入住體驗，會給朋友推薦的！

阿凱緹婭一家連鎖酒店一家很精緻的酒店，一進門花香撲鼻，小哥人都蠻好的，幫忙拉送行李，接待我們的小哥還推薦了好多吃的，一點都不踩雷！一樓大廳海邊沙發也很愜意！四樓公區拍照也很美，管家小鮑也很細心很敬業，總之很不錯的住宿體驗，住了三天都是很不錯的體驗，下次來還住你家！管家小鮑還給升級了房間，特別nice

來到雙廊第一就選擇了阿凱緹婭海景度假酒店，環境太棒了!給我們推薦了好多美食和小店，離店的時候還送了我們伴手禮，還幫忙吧行李送到停車場，服務真好，酒店裝修的很有藝術感，很出片，在酒店就可以看到日落和海景，值得推薦！
