The Pullman at Dali wa beautiful, modern and clean. Breakfast was good especially the Egg Benedict by the Chef. The restaurants recommended by hotel were great too. Everything was perfect except one key reminder for all travellers: we went there in December, but heating/airconditioning temperature was centralised and could not be adjusted despite the existence of adjustment buttons. As a result of that and the fact that our room was sun-facing, the room was very hot (28 degrees) and stuffy. What deserved a round of applause was the attitude of Eleven, the Manager of the Hotel. She changed us to a lake facing room and ensured that the airconditioner was off and the windows were opened the whole time. We appreciate her patience and professionalism - thank you. Tip: if you dont think you would get used to really warm heating, get a lake-facing room and do not turn on the airconditioner.

Excellent service provided by the host, making us feel so welcomed, from the moment we arrive to checking out. The host is very friendly and we appreciate the kind gestures of picking us up at the train station, helping with our luggages, providing us with afternoon tea and definitely the cleanliness of the entire property. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. The roof garden is beautiful for taking pictures!

A Two-Night Stay with My Parents -＞ Whole Family Was Delighted I stayed at Indigo for two nights with my parents, and it was a truly satisfying experience for the whole family. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful lake view with a wide, open sightline. We absolutley loved it as soon as we walked in. The room itself was very comfortable, giving us a sense of ease and relaxation. Indigo has always been known for its distinctive design style, and this property truly weaves an artistic touch into every corner. Whether in the guest room, the hallways, or the public spaces, everything felt pleasant and comfortable. I especially want to mention the second-floor lobby — it's spacious, bright, and full of design flair, making a striking impression the moment you see it. The gym and swimming pool on the 11th floor are also well maintained, with complete and tidy equipment — a clear reflection of the hotel's attention to detail. Breakfast was hearty, and my parents enjoyed it. By the way, if you're a coffee lover, be sure to stop by the hotel's coffee bar for a cup — there's a little surprise waiting for you. All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

Booked this hotel quite literally last minute for a night as our original hotel booked for this trip didn’t end up working out. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming & polite. We were served milk tea/coffee & some fresh fruit. Our room was very spacious with an amazing view of the lake. The electricity went out at night time & the staff were quick to respond with directions & assistance on how to reboot it. Location was convenient as it was close to the Dali railroad station. Old town was about 30 min via taxi as well as areas of lake erhai. We were served delicious noodle soup for lunch the following day. Amazing hospitality, would highly recommend to others staying!

Excellent stay. Very good and helpful staff who gave us an upgrade and provide great assistance during an unexpected situation. Location is very close to the train station and business district. Ancient Town and the Pagodas are a bit of a hike but we found connectivity via Didi to be easy at 35 minutes and around 40 yuans. Breakfast is amazing, we really appreciated the western options and the coffee. Special call out to the front desk team working this morning for their assistance with coordinating the delivery of our lost items from another Hilton to our next Hotel, also a Hilton. Highly recommend.

The hotel is at the sixth floor of a building inside a compound. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is a bit far away from the main attractions but is close to the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. It is a pity that our stay was so short, but for us it is was a pleasure to have our breakfast delivered to our building with ******* and enjoy it in our room with the nice view. The service was very nice connecting us with a driver for the day, and offering tips around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Come to Dali, a particularly satisfying stay. The sanitation is very clean and the service is thoughtful and welcoming. The room is fully intelligently controlled and quite convenient. The boss also intimately equipped with a refrigerator. After playing, you can ice fruit. Downstairs is the Bohai Sea, which is very convenient to travel. It is only 10 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. There are many specialty restaurants in Dali on both sides of the hotel. In short, I will live in Dali again and recommend it. 😃

The hotel room is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. My room opens into a beautiful the erhai lake you could seize the view especially during sunset and sunrise. Located near to dali railway station it is quite easy to get didi to reach there within less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this if you guys wants to capture the beauty of erhai lake and doesnt want to be late to catch the train for your next trip 😄
