The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.

Now I stayed in other hotels for one night, and I was not satisfied in all aspects, and then I checked out decisively and chose this Hilton. The location of the hotel is in the city center, it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is full of floor-to-ceiling windows, with a very good view and lighting. The facilities in the house are relatively modern and user-friendly, and the sanitation is also good. It is very comfortable to live in. The hotel service staff is considerate, meticulous, patient and organized, and there will be someone in front of the door to help open the door and take luggage. The breakfast is rich in varieties, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is not bad. Choosing this Hilton for this trip was very successful, and I will stay here again in the future!

Great location! In the CBD of the old city of Dalian, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and there are many delicious foods around! I live in a wooden double bed, one bed is 1.5, and the other is 1.2. It is very comfortable for a family to live in. The small refrigerator is the tea and cola in the mini bar, which is really good~

The room is relatively quiet and clean, the traffic is very convenient, and eating downstairs is also very convenient; I am curious about what the black stick under the bedside table is. I took it out and found that it was a flashlight but it didn't light up. It turned out that the battery was rusted. I hope it can be fixed regularly Check out the emergency facilities.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst. There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.

This place is not easy to take a taxi and the room is small. The most wonderful thing is that the invoice is issued in the morning, it is manually invoiced, and electronic invoices cannot be issued. There are a lot of people in the row, the front desk is busy, at least 20 or 30 minutes. Then you can choose to mail the invoice and tell me to pay. I have lived in the hotel for so many years. The first time I heard that I was too busy to mail the invoice to the customer. This rule is very strange to be honest. It is very annoying to not be able to open others on the spot. Do you have to pay others? Is this still the service industry? Stayed in so many Vienna Internationals, this experience is really average.

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel and very satisfied again ! When i arrived at the hotel in the night time, although there were a lot of tour group people waiting for the check-in or something, one front-desk staff noticed me and offered her help to do my check-in, because she knew it will take time to process the others. The breakfast was good, but the 2 coffee machines are not working so well, so please see if you can do anything ! Also, you need to replenish the fruits when became empty ! Location is very convenient. Just take Line 2 Subway from Airport to ZhongShan Square, get out from Exit D1 and walk about 5 minutes. I will use this hotel again in all my future trips to Dalian !

The hotel was nice and in a great location. The room had modern furniture, no carpets that can get dirty easily and overall a nice layout with enough space for two persons. Room incl bathroom was very clean. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t say anything about it. Staff doesn’t speak English, so might be difficult if you don’t speak any Chinese at all.

The transportation is very convenient, there are large shopping malls nearby, and it is also very convenient for eating and shopping. The room facilities are good and quite new. Atour's service and breakfast are also very good. I also chose value-added services, including optional pillows and shoulder heating packs.

Overall, it was a great stay. The location can't be beat, for the price group, at least. Abundant restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, along with the beachfront. To the right were most of the coffee shops, cafes, and supplies, and across the giant oval were the seafood restaurants. Nice options on the seafront, as well. For convenience items, go to the left and seek out the hidden allyway stores I found only on the last day. The hotel was clean and efficient but comfortable. Service was good in general, but fell short in a couple areas. Front desk and restaurant staff seems overtasked; they did a nice job, but needed additional hands. This was most visible in the small dining area, in which all tables were at times either occupied or covered with dishes. The rooftop bar showed promise, but was closed by the time I arrived at 9:00 pm. Most of what fell short of expectations seemed beyond the hotel's control, such as the short-handed staff. Construction in the neighboring unit disrupted any tranquility I sought for most of two days. The workout area was adequate, but the eliptical trainer inoperable, a bit of a disappointment.
